I took my 1½-year-old daughter for her very first dental visit, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The facility is clean, and very welcoming. The staff was amazing, kind, patient, and attentive. They took the time to explain everything and made sure my daughter felt comfortable the entire visit. The service was fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough about this place!! Truly great experience!! The staff was so friendly and professional. The office is no nice and elegant. After trying a different dental spot the day before they told me I needed a tooth extraction. Dr. Williams was so helpful and informative about saving my tooth!! Patti made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process and Dr. Ma came in and worked his magic. Truly grateful for this experience.

I truly enjoy going to Eado Family Dental at the Pinemont location . From the moment I walk in, the entire experience is welcoming and professional. Gabby at the front desk is amazing, she always takes the time to explain my insurance coverage clearly, answers all of my questions, and helps me understand my dental plan so I know exactly what to expect. She makes everything so easy and stress-free. Dr. Williams has been equally wonderful. She is incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and thorough. She takes the time to explain what needs to be done, why it’s important, and how I can better care for my teeth moving forward. I really appreciate how she educates me on prevention and offers practical advice on improving my dental hygiene. She is kind, patient, and very understanding, which makes every visit comfortable and reassuring. Dr. Williams and her entire team truly go above and beyond, and I always feel confident and well cared for when I’m here. I had such a great experience at EaDo Family Dental! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient — I barely had to wait before being seen. The office itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, which really helped ease any nerves I had about my appointment. The dentist and the hygienist were both amazing. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning and exam. I really appreciated how gentle yet thorough they were — I left with my teeth feeling fresh and cared for without any discomfort.

I have been coming here for a few years now and I appreciate the staff always been attentive and answering all my questions. Don't love coming to the dentist but the staff makes it easier every time. Definitely recommend!
