I recently visited Parker Nickolas Reed Dental Office for consultation, and I have to say I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Upon interning in the office, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained it was, contributing to the welcoming atmosphere. The front office staff greeted me warmly, which set a comforting tone for my visit. I then met the doctor's assistant Michelle, who was incredibly pleasant and gentle. She took the time to explain each step of the process and ensured my comfort during the time she took the necessary exam to prepare me for my evaluation with the doctor. When I met Dr. Brent Parker I found him to have a confident and open personality. He took his time examining my tooth and going over the X-rays, providing clear insights into the best treatment options available to me. The patient treatment coordinator Miranda, was also a delight to work with. She took her time to explain the procedure thoroughly, ensuring I left the office with a solid understanding of what to expect moving forward. Overall, I encountered several helpful and friendly staff members during my visit, even though I can't recall all their names. Parker Nickolas Reed Detal office has a team of dedicated professionals committed to providing excellent patient care. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone in need of dental services.

This was my first visit, and it was exceptionally pleasant. I like the self check in. Alexis was very friendly and engaging during the X-rays and measurements, and she took the time to explain things to me. Dr. Parker was very personable and took the time to explain to me my dental problems and treatments needed. Lacey was, also, very pleasant and patient, as she explained the cost of the treatments and discussed with me about appointment scheduling. The waiting area and treatment room were clean and comfortable. The waiting time was under 5 minutes. In short, it was like heaven on earth.

I absolutely love this place! I first started coming here late nineties and stopped and returned as of 2025. It is still the best! I see Dr. Parker and he has my trust and I feel very confident regarding his work and opinions. He is the most pleasant and makes one very comfortable. I love all the staff, very welcoming, pleasant, kind, compassionate! All that being said, Dr. Parker is my dentist!!! I AM BACK :)
