Dr. Taylor and his staff are extremely friendly..kind..patient and helpful. That make you feel at ease and will always ask if you're ok or if you need anything. I (like most people) didn't enjoy going to the dentist but this is the only one I feel great about going to. They do an amazing job and all of them are amazing people!

Had my first visit today and they made a very welcoming & comfortable first impression. As soon as you walk in you immediately noticed how clean the office is, which is huge for me. I was called back on time, had my imaging done and the provider had seen me all within the first 30 minutes. Dr. Taylor was very polite and had excellent bedside manner and he explained everything in detail. His assistant was wonderful, very gentle and she also explained everything to me. Not to mention, they had a lovely gift waiting for me in my chair which definitely brought a smile to my face.

I showed up 30 minutes prior to my appointment and was seen within 5 minutes of walking in. Everyone that I interacted with was smiling, courteous, and a pleasure to interact with. Was given thorough care and explained all my treatment options. I even had a gift bag waiting for me when I got to my room. I was even surprised at how affordable my visit cost.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, kind and gentle. They listen to you and what you expect they deliver. If you need a dentist I would definitely give them a call. And I would like to thank those whom treated me today. Thank you for making it a pleasant and professional experience.

I am a new patient with Decatur Family Dentistry, and I must say I will be a long time patient. Alyssa was so patient with me and I really appreciate her for that. Alyssa and Dr. Taylor both was so welcoming and made sure I understood what was being said to me. They came up with a treatment plan and I’m excited to get things going in the right direction.
