5 months agoDr. Taylor and his staff are extremely friendly..kind..patient and helpful. That make you feel at ease and will always ask if you're ok or if you need anything. I (like most people) didn't enjoy going to the dentist but this is the only one I feel great about going to. They do an amazing job and all of them are amazing people!

4 weeks agoI showed up 30 minutes prior to my appointment and was seen within 5 minutes of walking in. Everyone that I interacted with was smiling, courteous, and a pleasure to interact with. Was given thorough care and explained all my treatment options. I even had a gift bag waiting for me when I got to my room. I was even surprised at how affordable my visit cost.

Alyssa and Dr. Taylor both was so welcoming and made sure I understood what was being said to me. They came up with a treatment plan and I’m excited to get things going in the right direction. 4 months agoThis was our first visit at Decatur Family Dentistry and we were very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of Dr. Taylor and all of the staff. I brought my elderly friend in to have two teeth extracted. Dr. Taylor thoroughly reviewed the medical history that we provided and took that into consideration when making his treatment recommendations. After examining my friend and reviewing her x-rays, he created a detailed document of recommended treatment and his staff immediately submitted it to her Medicare and Medicaid plan. To our surprise, the entire cost was covered by insurance. My friend was able to have two broken teeth extracted that same day. We were then given clear instructions for aftercare. The entire team, including Dr. Taylor, the dental assistant and the office staff, were knowledgeable, helpful and kind. We highly recommend Decatur Family Dentistry.
