I had a great experience as a new patient at Hadley! The office allotted ample time for a new patient visit, whereas many offices will rush their hygienists and all of the imaging required into a much shorter appointment. This made things more comfortable as my hygienist wasn’t forced to rush through full mouth xrays and kept it productive while also comfortable. As a former dental assistant I was very impressed by the office’s care for not only their patients, but their employees as well. The team was very welcoming and kind!

New patient experience was incredible. Welcoming staff all around with the way front office staff, hygienists, and dentists interacted with each other and patients. I typically am nervous about going to the dentist because of pain & sensitivity with cleanings. My appointment at Hadley was the first time I’ve left feeling like my teeth were super clean and without pain. I was impressed by the level of care and types of technology they used to clean and scan teeth. Lindsey and Dr. Randall were great. My husband raved about this office and now I can see why. My whole family will be going to Hadley.

Great experience at Hadley Family Dentistry. We moved and continue to drive further out of our way to come back to this office. Hygienist Bri is amazing, gentle, and always takes her time. I always feel like I am getting the best care possible in her chair. I have seen multiple doctors who have all been great as well. Highly recommend.

My wife and I just had our initial visits at Hadley Family Dentistry. We were greeted with smiling faces from all of the front desk people. We had completed all of our medical forms online prior to our visit which made check-in a breeze. We were both treated with respect from the hygienists who started our exams by giving an overview of the entire staff. I don't remember all of them but it was nice hearing a brief bio of each hygienist, dentist and the support staff. Our first visit was thorough with complete exams and x-rays. At check-out, they collected our insurance co-pays and scheduled us for our next visits. While we were there, the waiting room was always busy and included children as young as 3 or 4 years old, but nobody had to wait very long. Great staff, fantastic medical team. I highly recommend Hadley Family Dentistry.

The best dentist I’ve ever been to! After my appointment today, it was proven how much they’ve helped improve my overall oral health. I’ve had a slight fear of the dentist due to being treated poorly by another dentist years ago, but Hadley Family Dentistry completely changed that for me. They are always kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I couldn’t recommend them more!
