I have been coming to this dental office for many years. The new dentist that are at this practice and the hygienist are fine. I understand that they are transitioning new staff. However, my most recent experience with the front staff is unacceptable. The lady at check in was very rude and unprofessional. Originally, no one was there to check me in. After standing at the desk for a few minutes and the lady at checkout not acknowledging me, I proceeded to have a seat in the waiting room. When the lady returned to the check in desk she acknowledged others than proceeded to have an attitude with me for not checking in. I feel like she treated me like I was stupid. I’m very disappointed and don’t know if I will be coming back.

I had an excellent first experience at Traders Point Dental. As a new patient, I felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Hannah was friendly and professional, and Dr. Ton took the time to address all of my concerns. He was very gentle while treating my problem area, making the entire experience pain-free. I truly appreciated the exceptional care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Ton, Hannah, and the entire team.

They are amazing here. I havent met a staff member i dont like. Lol. They are very polite and knowledgeable. The place is so vibrant. The check in and wait it not bad compared to where i came from. I love them. They had a deal on invisalign and I took part and it has been great service ever since. My smile is awesome.

This is the best dental group! Everyone is knowledgeable, professional and just a joy to work with. They make everything from regular cleanings, dental emergencies and working with insurance quick & simple. Special shout out to Dr. Ton, Erica & Carmen for helping me with an unexpected issue today! You guys are the best!

My husband and I are very happy with Traders Point Dental. Our dentist, Dr Y is very thorough and knowledgeable. She is gentle and takes the time to explain and answer our questions. We highly recommend Dr. Y. and her dental tecs and staff. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
