I had the honor of being treated by Dr. Ratliff and his staff and all I have to say is the professionalism, patience, and positive energy is just what’s needed for routine or emergency dental care. As much as I hate going to the dentist, the care I receive at Transformative Family Dentistry makes it much better and less intimidating to set appointments and actually go to them. Dr. Ratliff takes care and pride in how you feel and what experiences you have. From music playing through the visit to the dental themed wall art, you will have a wonderful experience! Dr. Kyle and his team are beyond amazing and have truly a blessing to me! I had fears of unknown because I knew I needed some extreme dental work. They all worked together to get me taken care of from beginning to end. They handle me with compassion and care! I can’t wait to see the end result to the treatment plan he recommended for me!

Everybody looking for a new dentist, or wanting to replace one, I highly recommend Dr. Ratliff and his staff. The ladies are courteous, accommodating and friendly. The office has a comfortable cozy layout. They treat you like they are glad you came in and they want you to come back. And the dentist, just let me tell you. I heard him on the radio a while back and was waiting for the opportunity to get to see him. He has excellent mannerism, (bedside manner) treats you well, takes his time and explains steps and plan of treatment. Asks if you have any questions. Does not rush you out and appreciates you selecting him to provide your dental care. I just love love love me some good customer service and feeling appreciated. If you don't need a dentist, recommend him to anyone you know who does. They will not be disappointed. They will definitely improve your smile 😉 Ms Applegate

Dr. Kyle's office IS THE COMMUNITY! He has just about every culture working for him. 😊 His staff is kind, professional, humble, loving, and supportive! I agree with the other posts, as much as I hate coming to the dentist, to know that I'm going to see them makes it MUCH easier to go 😁. Dr. Kyle is soft spoken and he explains EVERYTHING before he does any type of surgery. Once again, he's truly what MATTHEW 25:40-45 says, and for that I see JESUS giving him and his staff favor not only growing the business, but favor in their lives! 🥰🤗🥰.

I loved the friendly environment and variety of music played. I received excellent customer service from the receptionist, dental assistants and the dentist. Dr. Kyle was very professional and knowledgeable. Black excellence at it's finest. Thank you for a great 1st experience at your office.
