Not only is he incredibly skilled and precise, but he takes the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. The cleaning was thorough yet gentle, and any procedures were completely pain-free thanks to his expertise and the modern equipment they use. The office itself is clean, bright, and equipped with the latest technology, which gave me total confidence in the care I received. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient with scheduling, and the hygienist was gentle and attentive. They even followed up with me afterward to check on how I was doing—above and beyond what I expected. I've been looking for a dentist professional office, that's not a mill. One that treats what's needed. Luckily the VA referred me here. I was blown away by the attentiveness of the staff as a whole. Renee was an exceptional professional with a great personal spirit in what she does. Dr Berdy was great. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Amanda took the time to explain what she was doing and ensured the replacement fit properly before I left. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude made a stressful situation much easier. Dr Berdy is quite possibly the best dentist in America and we are so lucky to have him and his staff right here in Florida. After an almost 2 year journey with him I can honestly tell you that it was the best dental experience I have ever had. He has put some crowns on for me and also did a bottom jaw restoration (3 teeth extracted and implants put in). Dr. Berdy is a master at his craft and his entire staff is so kind. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure that not only you are taken care of, but you're comfortable with the process. He is patient, extremely knowledgable and the epitome of a professional. I can't thank him enough for everything that he has done for me. A special thank you to Amanda who was an absolute gem while I sat in the seat full of anxiety and apprehension.
