The dental Center of Jacksonville took me right in and ran my dental plan and then made appointments right away. They were thorough and very Professional. The staff is a pleasure to work with as well as the Doctors. I felt right at home and as if they welcomed me. I had transferred from Dr David and associates who was great but then sold his business to First Coast Dental which was a horrific experience when I finally got an appointment after waiting 4 1/2 months.

Darshana is amazing. This is coming from someone who had tried different dentists in Jacksonville and is very sensitive gums. Not only is she personable and remembers personal details shared but is gentle, kind, professional and never skips a step. Her work speaks for itself I no longer dread going to the dentist. The overall practice is amazing, the doctors, the front desk honestly they function with such friendliness and professionalism they are the perfect balance. I have never gone to another practice after coming here. They really are a gem in Jacksonville. They take such good care of their clients. I hope they stay here forever and my children and their children can come here.

I had an excellent at this dental office. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, kind, and very professional. Dr. Dipti Kanchan was wonderful—she took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the visit. I went in to have a crown replaced, and the care I received was truly excellent. The entire team was attentive, gentle, and caring. The office is clean, well organized, and runs smoothly. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for outstanding dental care.

I am a very anxious person by nature and was very nervous about my upcoming appointment. All of that was laid to rest upon meeting Dr. Kanchan. She is absolutely wonderful! She explained everything about my dental plan and made me feel worry free. The staff is very friendly and so welcoming. Just an overall great atmosphere. After moving to a new location, it has been very difficult to find a trustworthy dental office, but, it has now been found ! Beautiful office ! My dental hygienist, Jeni, was fabulous! I felt so comfortable. The Dentist along everyone made me feel like I was in great hands! (It was so refreshing not to be presented with packages and credit lines and extra add-ons that are completely unnecessary) Thank you everyone for such a great experience -from beginning to end- from booking the appointment to checking in with the very friendly front desk staff. I would recommend this location to all of my family and friends!
