My dentist retired last year so this was my first visit to Hidden Hills Family Dentistry. I was impressed, everyone was so nice and welcoming. Halie made the cleaning experience enjoyable with her focused professionalism! I have definitely found my new dental practice!

Recently switched due to our Family Dentist retiring. I was grateful to find out our former dental hygienist was there. Michelle is great and the staff is so friendly. The dentists are a Father and his daughters which makes it so comfortable. Always a great experience.

I can’t say enough good things about this office. I knew I was in the right place when at my first appointment there were two patients in the waiting room bonding over how they travel from South Georgia and St Augustine respectively to come receive care from Dr. Schloth. All the office staff are friendly and very helpful. My hygienist Elaine is thorough and very informative. I truly feel like I have learned small tweaks to better care for my teeth in the long term from her. As well, I have had filling and crown procedures separately. Both experiences were efficient and stress free thanks to Paul and Rachel. They treated each procedure with great care and concern to ensure I was comfortable throughout. I would recommend their office to anyone!

Never have I been so wrongful treated. The lady "cleaning" my teeth dragged a drill across my teeth like a child with a stick on a fence. Then again, on the top of my mollers. Now my teeth hurt. As for the polishing... in my 48 years on this planet from the backwoods in Louisiana to foreign third world countries with the military, I've never felt like my teeth were not polished till now. Not only did she intentionally not try, but she wanted me to know. Now, so you know, complaining to them about a bad job when they did it intentionally is not helping, but I'll tell the world just how bad it was. Don't go here! They also screwed up a bill and tried double charging us on a separate occasion, so maybe this was to recover their loss/mistakes by not making an effort this time. Again, don't go here! PS I know they are reading this, and I do hope you are happy. Yes, my teeth hurt because of you and what you did. Whatever your reason for this miss treatment, I am taking further action. Broken, broke veteran, feeling like Jesus on a cross. Thanks, Hidden Hills. Never again!
