I’m TERRIFIED of the dentist office. The staff here is so incredibly reassuring and friendly. It’s very apparent they have a lot of love for their patients! They even had a welcome board with my name on it. How cute! I’ve avoided taking care of myself due to my fears and they made the experience so easy. They were very knowledgeable, patient and gentle. They made a nerve wracking experience tolerable for me. 10/10 recommend!

Im from Georgia but I work in fl needed to be seen asap.i Called they got me in next morning at 7am.the staff was very friendly and didnt have to wait very long. I needed major work but they gave me options of what I needed done explain it want be a quick fix because of my teeth conditions. They put a bandaid on the repair per my request. I had a chip tooth and tooth that broke completely off in the front. I was very happy with the whole experience. In my opinion for a person that doesn't have insurance the price and experience was 10/10. The way they didnt try and up sell me stuff like every where else was great. Showed me this place had integrity. Something you dont see very often. I highly recommend this place if you need any dental work done.

Very unusual...Mandarin Dental Care seems to be as concerned about my dental health as in their profit. I recommend this place for excellent results and a truly caring attitude. And Chanel is the very very best. First visit, but definitely not the last.

Andy did a good job and left my teeth feeling very clean. The exam was thorough and the office is well established and clearly well run. Appointments are efficient and everything stayed right on schedule.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. The front desk staff were consistently rude, disrespectful and unwilling to listen to basic questions about insurance coverage. From my first visit, I asked for my insurance to be used correctly, yet I was overcharged even for services that were supposed to be covered at 90% or 60%. I had to call multiple times to explain the issue, and every time I was met with unprofessional behavior Another major issue is that they did not submit all items to my insurance, claiming they “didn’t want the insurance to control the maximum fee.” I have had multiple dentists in the past, and none have ever refused to submit entire items to insurance. If they choose to use extra materials or add extra charges(like enhanced material fee! Really!) those items must be submitted to insurance, and the insurance decides whether to cover it or not! I was also never shown my X-rays, even after asking the assistant to explain them several times. After receiving my Explanation of Benefits, I had to call them myself to request a refund, and they tried to blame me for their own billing mistakes! Still being disrespectful! And Not a single apology for their own mistake! I honestly do not understand where all the good reviews are coming from. When I went back to check,I shoud’ve paid more attention that so many reviews were edited! Overall, the service was unprofessional from start to finish, and I would not return!
