Fantastic experience at this dental office, probably the best I ever visited. The put my name on a board outside the door to welcome me as I was a new client. The front office lady, Monica I believe her name is, she is phenomenal, should win an award as best customer service rep ever. For once, I had the pleasure to be greeted by someone who really cares and truly loves her job. Very clean and welcoming facility. Thank you.

Im really not a dentist fan. Cleanings are always pleasant, but this time i needed to make an appointment due to loosing a filling & cracked tooth. Fear set in as i made the call for appointment......Dr Gregory was gentle, calmed my nerves and provided a beautiful temporary crown. Permanent will be set in 2 weeks. My first experience was great!! Monica was able to find an appointment for my family and I for a dental cleaning within a short period of the time. Very grateful for that. Andy was fantastic with my dental cleaning, it was very thorough. Dr. Jeff was very nice and professional. I am very happy with Mandarin dental care.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. The front desk staff were consistently rude, disrespectful and unwilling to listen to basic questions about insurance coverage. From my first visit, I asked for my insurance to be used correctly, yet I was overcharged even for services that were supposed to be covered at 90% or 60%. I had to call multiple times to explain the issue, and every time I was met with unprofessional behavior Another major issue is that they did not submit all items to my insurance, claiming they “didn’t want the insurance to control the maximum fee.” I have had multiple dentists in the past, and none have ever refused to submit entire items to insurance. If they choose to use extra materials or add extra charges(like enhanced material fee! Really!) those items must be submitted to insurance, and the insurance decides whether to cover it or not! I was also never shown my X-rays, even after asking the assistant to explain them several times. After receiving my Explanation of Benefits, I had to call them myself to request a refund, and they tried to blame me for their own billing mistakes! Still being disrespectful! And Not a single apology for their own mistake! I honestly do not understand where all the good reviews are coming from. When I went back to check,I shoud’ve paid more attention that so many reviews were edited! Overall, the service was unprofessional from start to finish, and I would not return!

Best teeth cleaning I’ve had in a long time. Had a filling and same tooth had to have a crown replaced. Crown perfect and after one day feels comfortable and no sensitivity.
