My first visit to River Oaks Dental was amazing! The staff all had superb customer service and Dr. Monteiro was thoughtful and clear in her communication. She listened to me and created a good short range goal to address my immediate needs and informed me that we would create a long range plan of complete restoration in the next phase of my dental treatment.

I had a dental problem that needed immediate attention on a Friday of a 3 day weekend and no regular dentist. I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Rachel that day. She spend a lot of time with me on my options, costs etc. I felt she understood my circumstances, worked with me.

First time in and it seemed I had been going to River Oaks Dental for years! Professional, clean and from the office staff to the Dr., put me at ease right away. Great overall experience. Glad to have found a new dentist family.

Super clean, super friendly! Very helpful and informative with insurance questions and what options you may have. I was about 30 minutes early to my appointment. I was welcomed and within the first 5 minutes was brought back. The young man who did my x-rays could tell I was terrified and really did a great job at reassuring me that I had made the right choice. My dentist came in as was also very reassuring. She explained to me what I needed done and why. Very to the point and I appreciat that. I got my teeth cleaned and the lady who did this was also awesome. She could tell sensitivities and would often ask if I was doing okay or if we needed a break. The lady at the desk is also fantastic and helped with all my insurance questions!!! Glad I found my place!

Today was my first visit to River Oaks Dental. Got to my appointment very early and was glad I did. I had some issues with the transferring of records from my previous dentist office to River Oaks Dental. The receptionist was able make things happen quickly. The minute I entered the building, I was treated as if I was the most important person there. Everyone that I came in contact with was very professional and polite. All questions were answered. If an answer was not known, they knew where and who to get the answer from without hesitation or delay. The staff were informative and knowledgeable. They spend the time to listen, able to summarize what you said to make sure that they understand what you said. Yes, they literally take notes, and are able to give constructive response. I was given information about my appointment procedures before the start, during and after. It shows me that the patient is just as important as the medical procedures. I love that attitude. Also, both outside and inside were clean and everything was in its place. My first visit was an excellent one. No stress at all. Looking forward to my next appointment.
