Super clean, super friendly! Very helpful and informative with insurance questions and what options you may have. I was about 30 minutes early to my appointment. I was welcomed and within the first 5 minutes was brought back. The young man who did my x-rays could tell I was terrified and really did a great job at reassuring me that I had made the right choice. My dentist came in as was also very reassuring. She explained to me what I needed done and why. Very to the point and I appreciat that. I got my teeth cleaned and the lady who did this was also awesome. She could tell sensitivities and would often ask if I was doing okay or if we needed a break. The lady at the desk is also fantastic and helped with all my insurance questions!!! Glad I found my place!

This is by far the absolute best dentistry location in JAX. The client care is substantial the staff AMAZING I am beyond words. I came in today for three fillings and it was by far a seamless procedure. I was comfortable the entire time and my dentist took her time. She ensured satisfaction of my results before I left. I will be referring everyone to this location keep up the amazing work guys !

Rachel and her entire team went out of their way to accommodate my family’s availability, and were very communicative and flexible! They did such an amazing job with our cleanings and the whole experience was the best we’ve ever had at any dentist office. We’ve been searching for a new family dentist and the search is now over! 10/10 recommend this practice!

River Oaks Dental is the place to go for professional and extremely proficient dental care and hygiene. Tisa is the best hygienist that’s ever worked on my teeth and Dr. Rachel, with all her knowledge and experience, is at the top of her field as far as I’m concerned. They work with you to do what’s best for YOU and your teeth to keep them in excellent condition as the years go by. And the kindness and caring that exerts from everyone in the office is contagious making me want to be a better person when I walk out of their office. It’s hard to find a dentist office that checks off all the good boxes on your list but I promise you, Dr. Rachel and her staff are not just good, they are great! Great at their jobs and wonderful as human beings! I totally recommend their services and if you’re smart, you’ll make an appointment today!
