This dental office is outstanding in so many ways. The setup is clean, modern, and well-organized, which makes the whole experience feel comfortable and professional from the moment you walk in. Dr. Holt is hands down the best—thorough, patient, and truly skilled at what he does. You can tell he cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. My hygienist, Kaitlin, was amazing. She had my teeth feeling brand new by the time I left. She’s extremely knowledgeable, gentle yet thorough, and she explains everything she’s doing in a way that makes you feel informed and comfortable throughout the cleaning. She clearly loves what she does, and it shows in the quality of her care. Unfortunately, the front desk experience did not match the rest of the office. The receptionist that does the checkout (can’t remember her name) comes across as rude and snarky. Her tone is unwelcoming, and she often responds quickly and sharply instead of taking the time to actually listen. It gives off an unpleasant attitude that leaves a bad first impression, which is unfortunate because the rest of the team is phenomenal. If the front desk reflected the same professionalism, warmth, and respect shown by Dr. Holt and Kaitlin, this would easily be a 5-star office. The quality of care is top-notch, but customer service at the front desk really needs improvement to match the standard the rest of the team sets.

I’m new to the area and Dr. Holt was recommended by a friend. He’s done crowns and a cosmetic fix for my chipped front tooth. The crown was surprisingly painless and it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I trust his judgment and opinion, I would recommend Dr. Holt to anyone looking for a good dentist.

I loved my first experience at Dental Co.! My appointment included X-rays, photos of my teeth, a cleaning, an exam, and a consultation with Dr. Holt. I was so impressed. The staff at the desk were professional and organized and helped me complete all my paper work. My hygienist Larissa was so gentle and considerate of my needs. Dr. Holt was so kind and helpful. He thoroughly explained his recommendations for my dental care and he was very patient when I asked questions. After my cleaning my teeth looked SO good. The air polish worked wonders and I highly recommend the optional fluoride treatment at the end. I never thought I’d say I’m excited to go back to the dentist but I am! It was almost like a spa appointment. 10/10!

Dr Holt and his staff seem well trained to handle all my dental needs. Very professional yet great "bedside manner." Comfortable up-to-date office and equipment. This practice is A+ in my humble opinion.
