So amazing! We just moved here to Tennessee and i was afraid we were going to find it difficult to find a dentist. Everyone was super friendly. The office was very clean and i loved how comfortable they made my son(13 years old) feel while getting his teeth cleaned. The hygienist was so patient and calming. It was a fantastic experience. My husband and i are scheduled to come back soon for our cleanings and exams. Can’t wait. I will definitely recommend to friends and family who are searching for a dentist.
Good experiences here overall. Dentist and hygienist are super cool and very nice. They have helped me get my dental health back on track after I had lapsed. I had a routine cleaning during my latest visit. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is that there was an additional charge of over $30 for post-cleaning fluoride treatment. Although it was disclosed to me and I agreed, I won't be doing that again. The hygienist spent about 5 seconds wiping the fluoride on my teeth, it was totally not worth $30+. I'll just order some fluoride online and do it on my own if that's how it is. This should just be included as part of the cleaning, and I was not happy to hear that it was an extra fee. It didn't sit right with me.
Absolutely can not say enough about this business! I called them as an emergency patient and they were able to get me in same day. When I got there, they were super helpful and kind from start to finish. Explain my issue and possible fixes very clearly and with estimates. They did not judge me or cause any pain. I havent been to the dentist in years, but I've already set up my appointment to go back as a new patient to get back to twice a year check-ups.
I always have a great experience at this dental office! Every staff member is super friendly and attentive. You can tell they all enjoy what they do! I also appreciate that they only prescribe what’s necessary - they aren’t pushy like some dental/medical offices can be!
My daughters and I have seen Dr. Patel for a few years and we absolutely love him!
Dr. Capwell is very nice also. She saw me today for a tooth that was sensitive. I will be coming back for a crown in a couple of weeks.
The front office staff is so friendly. The hygienist are always so helpful and understanding about my sensitive gums during my cleanings.
