From the back massagers in every chair to the headphones for watching food network on the ceiling TV, to the numbing, great customer service, I’m definitely coming back. Both dentists are very knowledgeable, conservative, and great at setting expectations and they take their time with you. I’ve never had such a great experience at a dentist’s office.

Beyond satisfied with this group. Entering a dentist’s office after an eternity with a broken tooth could have been a traumatic experience. Doc Casteel and his assistants did a great job addressing my concerns and explaining things in detail and took care of my issue the best way possible. I look forward to working with them on other issues and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a good dental group.

On Wednesday morning, October 15, 2025, I had an appointment with Dr. Karson Casteel, DDS, and with Laurie, who is a registered dental hygienist. This visit today was my first visit to this office. If I could do so, I would give both of these individuals ten stars, a numerical score of 100 out of a possible 100, and a letter grade of A+. Dr. Casteel is the best dentist that I ever had. Laurie is best dental hygienist that I ever had. They both are caring, thoughtful, compassionate, kind, and warm. They both have an excellent bedside manner. I HIGHLY recommend this dental office. I was extremely comfortable throughout my appointment. This dental office now is my permanent dental office. I VERY DEFINITELY will be returning. I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Casteel the following day to have two fillings replaced. Dr. Casteel did an EXCELLENT job. I was extremely comfortable and relaxed during the entire procedure. I give this dental office an A+. The people there are magnificent.

Dr. Baldwin is quick and efficient. I always feel taken care and that my time is valued. My appointment always starts ontime and I'm usually out of the office in less than an hour. I really appreciate the service and care given by the entire staff.
