in the last weekFrom the back massagers in every chair to the headphones for watching food network on the ceiling TV, to the numbing, great customer service, I’m definitely coming back. Both dentists are very knowledgeable, conservative, and great at setting expectations and they take their time with you. I’ve never had such a great experience at a dentist’s office.

a week agoI can’t say enough good things about Dr. Baldwin and his staff. I’ve always had really bad anxiety about going to the dentist, but they are so kind, patient, and understanding that it makes the whole experience so much easier. I always feel taken care of and never rushed. My kids also go here and they absolutely love Dr. Baldwin and the entire team too. It feels like a place that truly cares about their patients, and I couldn’t recommend them more!

7 months agoI had a great experience at this dental office! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the doctor is very patient and professional. I was attended to very quickly, and the technology they use is top-notch. But the best part? The amazing view of Golf course—it truly adds a special touch to the visit! From the doctor to the entire team, everyone was kind, attentive, and highly skilled. I 100% recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent dental care.

a month agoHad an appointment with Dr.Baldwin 8/18/25 to receive my permanent crown. All fees were paid in advance so this visit did not require any currency. While Dr.Baldwin was mid-procedure he noticed a small cavity behind tooth #6, he said he can take care of it quickly while my back tooth was in the process of numbing. Dr.Baldwin quoted me in the chair mouth open “18-20 bucks” co-pay, he maid it seem like it was nothing. I allowed Dr.Baldwin to complete the small filling that took no more than 3-5 minutes. All work was completed in record time, the dental assistant walked me to the front where I was prepared to pay the 18-20 bucks “Co-Pay” at checkout I was told my total was 58 dollars. I paused in confusion and asked about the 18-20 bucks and I was told I’m sorry that’s not correct. I also was told by the young lady working at the front Doctors should not quote patients, it’s 58 dollars today. I was beyond upset!!! I paid the balance and asked can they not do that, I am well aware of what is being done! I ask the young lady that checked me out-What was the total cost of the procedure? I was told 92 dollars, I reiterated, I was told 18-20 bucks! I left Dr.Baldwin’s office so upset!! I called back and ask for a print out of my dental work history, that way I can track what this dentist off is charging my insurance. I looked at the print out, I noticed at the bottom as of 8/18/25-i had an outstanding balance of 199.60. I called the office back to inquire, I was told they are waiting for the insurance to pay the balance. Moral of the story-Dr.Baldwin himself told me mid-produce this little thing he can take care of was only 18-20 bucks, turns out that was a lie, he knew exactly how much it cost and he went for it!! I am not here to tell you not to ever go see Dr.Baldwin-I am here to share my experience with you and to remind you to ask questions and inspect what you expect otherwise, you will be held upside down to have your insurance pockets shaken!!
