The best place for periodontal and implant in California, I had a wonderful experience, the location is very clean. The staff is amazing and the Dr. is the best. Very professional teamwork. My best experience and I highly recommend and definitely I will come back if I need in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about the Center for Advanced Periodontal and Implant Therapy. The whole staff is incredible to work with and Ava is the best dental hygienist I have had the pleasure of seeing. When I moved to Los Angels from New York, three years ago, I was ending a decade long patronage of my former dental hygienist, and I was not looking forward to finding a satisfactory replacement. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Aalam more than a year. During that time I had 2 extractions and 2 implant replacements. Having had other implants in the past with other doctors, I only wish that I knew him prior to those. I had many failures. The work with Dr Aalam was better than perfect. Zero pain with each step of the process. In addition, he and his staff are incredibly kind, caring and compassionate. My son also has work done that was excellent. I wish I could give way more than 5 stars. Big gratitude.

My gum surgery at the Center, performed by Dr. Aalam and his very kind and professional team, was a great success by all measures. I managed recovery without any prescription pain medication. Recovery time was as expected (stitches came out at two weeks, in my case). The amount of root coverage, which was the goal of this procedure, was amazing and seems to have held just fine over the past four months. As a bonus, my sensitivity to cold has improved quite a bit. The surgical team was very caring, and the Center’s support staff is attentive and easy to reach during business hours. Dr. Aalam was responsive and encouraging after-hours during recovery. This is a very well-run operation that takes good care of their patients.

First and foremost I would like to say a big thank you to Dr.Krivitsky for her amazing work!!!! I had gum graft procedure on my upper and lower gums due to gum recession. My teeth felt sensitive which was difficult for me to drink anything cold due to my roots were exposed. The procedure was painless and it was a quick recovery. I had my upper and lower gum procedures completed on two different dates (by choice) and both times it was painless. Dr.Krivitsky and Dr.Aalam are the only two periodontist I trust when it comes to my mouth. I highly recommend them if you are having any problems with your gums or teeth. Lastly, I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff! They always made sure I was taken care of since the moment I checked in.
