I can’t say enough good things about this office and staff. I started working with Kayla, a dental hygienist, and she is absolutely incredible! She’s kind, professional, knowledgeable, and you can tell she truly cares. Then I met and worked with Dr. Jennifer Brown and she echoes all those same experiences. Both of them made an uncomfortable situation a really pleasant experience. Even the staff at the receptionist desk is wonderful. Everyone seems to really enjoy working there and it shows. I know going to the dentist is not always the most comfortable thing for people to do, but this is one place where you can tell the staff really does care and they are in it for truly helping people. Exceptional service and care here and I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Excellent service! The receptionist was quite kind and welcoming the entire time. All the professionals and experts that looked at my teeth were also incredibly nice. They did a superb job at making me feel calm and at ease even though I was feeling pretty nervous when I arrived at the place. Furthermore, everyone that treated me put a lot of care into giving me detailed information about the current health of my teeth. On that note, the staff was also very patient with me whenever I needed them to repeat information back to me. My visit was remarkably pleasant and there were absolutely no issues or flaws throughout the entire experience.

I have had several procedures here and I will not go to another dentist. Dr. Bailey is a compassionate person, patient, full of knowledge and experience. Alexis, Stephanie, Brittany, Sabina, are all equally as personable and friendly. I have been to other dentists that did not show the same patience and accommodation as everyone that I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with in this office has displayed. One of my procedures was a front tooth bond. It broke off the same week and they had me in immediately to replace it (would have been same day but my own schedule dictated next day). It has been 3 months and it’s still in place and looking good. Every other procedure went flawlessly. They use high quality crowns and replaced a bad one that another dentist installed that had already cracked within 1.5 years. My gums are healthier, cavities filled and overall oral health is much better. The front desk is also friendly and accommodating. Though I don’t know their names they all remembered me quickly and called me by my name as soon as I walked in. Overall, this office is staffed with good people who do their jobs well. It took me 4 dentists to find a compatible one, but now that I have, I will not go anywhere else.

I get very nervous at the dentist but they put me at ease. Just hearing the drill makes me shake but they kept me as calm as possible. It made the experience really as comfortable as they could. Kayla was great and Dr Brown did an exceptional job.

Process went by really easy got in and out! Dr. Brown and the rest of the staff were very nice and made me feel comfortable during my appointment! Will definitely be back for future dental work.
