Both my hygienist (Happy) and my Dentist (Dr Bailey) were nothing more than amazing. From the welcome to the jokes during, they kept a calm in the air that made everything that was being done, a breeze. “Happy” is always a joy to have in the room with you. She continues to put forth an effort to make my teeth the best they can be. Dr Bailey remembers even the smallest details from past conversations, to not only keep a calm environment, but continues to be the most personable dentist that I have ever had

I can’t say enough good things about this office and staff. I started working with Kayla, a dental hygienist, and she is absolutely incredible! She’s kind, professional, knowledgeable, and you can tell she truly cares. Then I met and worked with Dr. Jennifer Brown and she echoes all those same experiences. Both of them made an uncomfortable situation a really pleasant experience. Even the staff at the receptionist desk is wonderful. Everyone seems to really enjoy working there and it shows. I know going to the dentist is not always the most comfortable thing for people to do, but this is one place where you can tell the staff really does care and they are in it for truly helping people. Exceptional service and care here and I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Excellent service! The receptionist was quite kind and welcoming the entire time. All the professionals and experts that looked at my teeth were also incredibly nice. They did a superb job at making me feel calm and at ease even though I was feeling pretty nervous when I arrived at the place. Furthermore, everyone that treated me put a lot of care into giving me detailed information about the current health of my teeth. On that note, the staff was also very patient with me whenever I needed them to repeat information back to me. My visit was remarkably pleasant and there were absolutely no issues or flaws throughout the entire experience.

I've enjoyed the entire team at St. Matthews Dental. Dr. Bailey does an excellent job explaining the process of any procedure, she's kind and respectful to her staff and I've felt very taken care of every time I've been in. The rest of the team is also very informative and nice and I've had zero issues!

After about a week and a half of tooth pain, I was seen last month for an emergency root canal. I was able to get in same-day, which may not be typical, but Dr. Bailey and her staff made time for me. I’m not local, but even though I wouldn’t be able to return to this practice as a regular, I was still given the best care possible here. I’ve since returned home for a follow-up and my regular dentist also gives his praises to Dr. Bailey, stating she did an excellent job on the root canal. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. Crossing my fingers I’m not in the same situation again in the future, but if I were, I’d definitely return here.
