First time at Elite Smiles of Louisville and had a great experience. Front desk staff were very friendly and greeted me instantly. My hygienist (Donna) was amazing and very thorough. Dr. Music was very pleasant and upbeat. He did a thorough exam and gave recommendations. In and out within an hour. It was a little noisy and you can hear everyones conversation but the office has more of an open concept layout than standard rooms for each hygienist. All in all great experience!

Everyone so kind and helpful. Dr Sean Music explained everything I needed done and that as I need steps to complete procedures, it would allow me to pay in steps. I knew I was going to need several different things done but they all helped me feel like they had my best interests at heart. This was very satisfying as I had a previous dentist who shamed and insulted me for teeth issues!

We have found a family friendly dentist office! After visiting another office that only wanted to suggest sedation dentistry, I’m pleased they this team focused on my dental health. We made a plan and will execute it! The office is clean and easy to find. I didn’t wait long at all. Parking is plentiful. I’m very pleased!

This is quite literally the best dentist I've ever been to. I needed to have 4 teeth pulled due to absolute agony (all molars if that matters) every dentist I called told me it would be at minimum a 4 week wait. Elite smiles actually got me in that day to take a look at me and do X-rays, and had a follow up appointment for removal the next. I don't know who handles their scheduling but they are a master at their craft, I actually asked the front desk how an office as well run as this one could have so few patients. Turns out they're just good at making sure people aren't stuck waiting around in the lobby, and keep emergency spots open for those who need them. I promised you guys I'd get this review done. Sorry it's late but I passed out when I got home after the surgery lol. The 5/5 reviews are no lie.

My husband and I have gone to Dr. Blanchard and Susan Blanchard (dental hygienist) for many years now. While Dr. Blanchard wasn't available for this most recent appointment, Susan Blanchard was available for my teeth cleaning and my daughter's first dentist visit (she got to sit in the chair, have her teeth counted, saw the tools and watch me have my teeth cleaned and examined). Both Susan and Dr. Music were so kind and made this the best experience possible for both me and my daughter. I was also impressed with all of the friendly staff! Our first experience at Elite Smiles was a definite 5 star experience. We are thankful Dr. Blanchard joined such a great family friendly practice.
