I'm very happy with the personal attention and thorough professionalism exhibited by the entire staff at Exceptional Dentistry. I know exactly what the plan of treatment is, each step of the way. No surprises. Just perfection. ⭐ Dr Shoemaker is beyond kind and caring to her patients. She is the type of person you would be thrilled to call a personal friend, in addition to having her as your dentist.

I had my first visit on September 2nd. although it didn’t feel like a first visit. Everyone who works at Exceptional Denstistry of Louisville was very warm and inviting. I can’t say enough good things about Leanna (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) she was so kind and comforting throughout the whole process.

There are a lot of dentists in town that are just doing their job. Exceptional dentistry goes above and beyond to ensure my comfort, satisfaction, and me being treated as family. It truly feels good to be treated by such sweet, competent, and passionate team. Dr. Shoemaker and Leanna are just TOO good at their jobs!

Very professional and kind staff. My kids were playing eye spy in the waiting room while waiting their turn and other patients were very easy going. I think the atmosphere says a lot about the trust we all have in the staff.

Dr. Shoemaker was professional and fast. I couldn't tell where the fillings were. She needs to join the network for my dental insurance (GEHA).
