a month agohad a previous bad experience that kept me away from dentist. but since my teeth love getting cavities it was time to visit a dentist. my technician was Leeann who was extra kind and made sure i was comfortable. even with terrible news of how many cavities we would have to fix, i felt comfortable enough with this team. the first dentist in 33 years that told me my cheek bone anatomy made it difficult to get to my top rear teeth and i needed to be using a smaller brush. i look forward to going back now 😊

a month agoThe staff here is great. They’re all very nice every time I come in and they always answer every question I have. I’ve gotten most of my dental work done here and they’re always very efficient. 10/10

4 months agoToday's visit was fabulous, effective, efficient, caring, friendly and humorous! I experienced a broken tooth yesterday at 11pm, they were able to see me at 3pm today and even able to provide a temporary crown! In 3 weeks I'll receive my permanent crown. The visit was the best, no pain and I was finished in less than 90 min!

5 months agoI always have a great experience here. The ladies are so welcoming and friendly. I suffer from anxiety and I’m always so anxious when I come. They understand, take their time and treat me so wonderful. I would recommend exceptional dentistry to any one who is looking for a dentist!

4 months agoHad an appointment scheduled was told Dr Shoemaker was busy on the phone and would be a while. The hygienist was very rude and mentioned I needed work done that Contradicted what I had been told previous visit she mentioned things that I had never been told about .She kept going back and forth to talk to dentist and deliver messages to me. She continued saying she was on the phone , keep in mind I had a 1 hour appointment scheduled. She said she could do the work my appointment was for but that she wouldn’t. After about 30 minutes I was told they couldn’t do anything. I NEVER saw or spoke to Dr Shoemaker. Wasn’t even professional enough to come and speak to me. It was all very weird. Not a professional place . this from a place that calls themselves a “ premier “ dentist.!!!!!
