a month agoI don’t think I’m alone is my dislike for dentists. but I love this Mortenson’s location. Since I started going more than a year ago, I’ve found they’ve always eased my fears so it’s never as terrible as I expected. Anyone who has ever worked with me has always been friendly and most helpful, including Dr. Brown. There’s a lady in reception who’s especially helpful. She goes over your treatment plan so you know what will be done at every visit and the cost to you..When I had questions about implants she took the time to explain the procedures and estimated costs involved. I don’t foresee a reason to ever go anywhere else.

4 months agoI always have a good experience here. I’ve never had a long wait time. Everyone is friendly. The dental hygienist, Morgan, is always exceptional. She’s very thorough and explains everything she is doing and why. All employees I’ve encountered there seem to really enjoy their work.

a week agoI was a patient here, although it had been about a year since I was seen. I scheduled an appointment on a Saturday due to a loose adult tooth. Of course the tooth fell out that morning so I called to ask what should I do, was it still necessary to come in (no bleeding or pain) and the receptionist says they do not take my current insurance, so I couldnt be seen anyway but to answer my question she says can't give me any advice, which I understood. I asked if she could ask the dentist on duty to which she said no, he couldnt tell me anything without seeing me. I explained that I understood, but could he just tell me what to do until I am able to schedule an appointment with another dentist...like do I need to worry about dry socket, dont eat certain foods, pack it with gauze, something other than he isn't able to advise you without seeing you... I'm not asking for treatment advice, just basic do and don't and maybe, go to the closest ER if this happens...Like I get it, you're all about making money, the dollar talks (and if I was not able to pay out of pocket...not their problem), but considering I WAS a patient there at one time a little common decency wouldn't have caused you to file bankruptcy....You'd think being a "professional/Doctor (of sorts) you'd have some compassion and the willingness to not at least tell a FORMER patient what to do until they can be seen, especially since its a Saturday morning and the chance of getting an appointment elsewhere the same day was "ify" at best... Thanks (not really) - BTW... Just the lack of common decency or even a touch of consideration for a patient you saw (with the correct insurance), PREVIOUSLY, deserves zero stars and a "DOES NOT RECOMMEND" review...

4 weeks agoThey did not perfom a periodontal exam probe on a comprehensive new patient exam and when I called to inquire they didn't belive me. Wendy (practice manager) did not call back when she said she would, just billed me for the service they did not provide. Stated, "I have here that it was done in the charting and I believe my hygenist." She reviewed the scores on my peridontal exam and said it was all very good, but I have some recession on the left so that was evidence enough for me that it wasn't done. I've had this exam done before and I know what it feels like, but Wendy tried to convince me that I didn't remember or didn't know what was happening. Did not talk about preventative care at all. Apparently, they cut corners and don't believe their patients. Do not go here.

a month agoI had suffered a broken crown and went in for evaluation. I was in and out in less than an hour with a temporary crown and a permanent scheduled to be placed in a week. Excellent and friendly service was provided and I couldn’t be more pleased
