They've been nothing but nice, understanding, and compassionate. Very professional and knowledgeable but in a relaxed way that keeps you at ease. When I started going to them, I hadn't been to the dentist in 3 years and ended up having 8 cavities to fill. They broke the treatment up into manageable appointments, both financially and comfort-wise. So happy I chose them! Highly recommend!

This location is the absolute best in Louisville!! Dr Brown and his staff are like none other, super kind personable and you are in and out in a flash!! I’ve been going to Dr. Brown and Krystal for about 12 years. They’ve taken care of me through some small fillings and the usual cleaning appointments. Their offices are very efficient and I know I can get my teeth cleaned in about 30min. I know they truly care for my health and my life since they’ve been there through so many changes! Highly recommend them across the board.

Dr Brown is amazing especially when you have medical/dental anxiety. I've followed him to . multiple Mortensen locations. The sedation dentistry is the way to go. All of the staff I've encountered on my visits here have been awesome as well and very accommodating for people with anxiety. 10/10 recommend to everyone.

Dr Brown is a great dentist, and this is a very nice dental office. Appointments start on time and are efficient. The hygienists are skilled and friendly. The reception area has nice decor and is nicely maintained. The front desk receptionists are very warm and welcoming.
