This was my first visit here. I had 2 dentist that retired back to back. I feel like I got great care that was explained in full detail. I was shown the x rays and explained what needed to be done. Not good news I needed a root canal which I’ve never had before. Dr. Turner and the dental assistant were very understanding of my fear. Their understanding and compassion for my fears was very much appreciated. All of the staff were considerate and helpful.

Very friendly staff, polite and helpful! Dr. Turner is the best, he treats you like a human and ensures you’re as comfortable as possible! I’m sorry I don’t remember the name of his assistant, you know who you are and you are amazing! Great positive energy and eager to keep you relaxed while they fix your discomfort. I just had my 2nd clean there earlier this week. They did an incredible job! Gave me great advice and always incredibly friendly. I really like the person that cleaned my teeth she was so sweet!

I had cracked my tooth all the way down to the tip of the tooth’s root and it needed to be extracted. Dr. Turner did an excellent job extracting and replacing with an implant and I’m very happy with the job he did. His dental assistant, and I believe her name was Joy (and I’m sorry if I got that wrong ) she was gentle and fantastic and totally understood how to explain the procedure and what she was doing and did an excellent job assisting! I would not go anywhere else to have my dental needs met!

I had a dental appointment last Tuesday for a routine 6 month checkup and received very poor service from a new hygienist. I have never seen her in this office before and maybe she was just having a bad day, but she didn’t even clean my teeth. Usually this office provides great services - but not this time. I guess good customer service is becoming a thing of the past……
