I was very pleased with my visit at this location. I get anxiety really bad anytime I visit a dentist and with these professionals I felt it about to happen but for some reason speaking with them at my visit really calmed me .My anxiety went from 10 to like a 3 . They provided healthy options and explained my procedure (in layman's term) . I must say Dr. Thomas Cooner and staff are wonderful. I would recommend them to ANYONE who may have anxiety with dental work. WHAT A WONDERFUL TEAM OF EXPERTS.

I've been a patient of Dr. Lindsey for 40+ years. Always good seeing him after all these years. And my hygienist, Kodi, is amazing. Such a great smile and so awesome at her job!!!! Always giving great advice about keeping my teeth in great condition. Amy and Donna are amazing. Highly recommend Dental Excellence PC. 😊

This rating applies to the rude nasty dental staff that works closely with the doctors. They are short-tempered with patients who “bother” them with questions. I implore any POC to think twice before you choose them for your dental care. I truly believe the doctors are unaware of their behavior and they work hard to cover up their actions/lies. In my last encounter, the dental hygienist had a nasty attitude along with poor hygiene. I abruptly ended my teeth cleaning appt. No one from the office reached out to me because this big back boar lied to the staff. I called after 2 weeks of no contact and requested a referral to complete my dental plan before my benefit year came to an end. A week and a half later, I received a back dated letter to inform me that they could no longer provide services due to previous missed appointments. Mind you, I rescheduled 2 appointments because the airhead appointment setter kept scheduling me for days that I couldn’t come. Here’s the storyteller show stopper, the letter wasn’t signed by Dr. Conner. It wasn’t an original signature, it was a copy. In the end, if you are a POC be mindful of their behavior. In particularly, their rudeness, the way they act as if they don’t want to be bothered with additional questions or concerns you may have about your dental care. Dr. Conner always provided excellent dental care and he’s very attentive to his patients. It’s sad that the staff is not looking to him as an example to be better and to do better. He’s a class act and unfortunately its amateur hour the staff at Dental Excellence.

It started with the phone call. I wasn't expecting to be told I could come in that day which, worked for me. My Hygienist was awesome. Very detailed. Professional and nice. Dr. Stephen Lindsey is just amazing. I like how he explains everything.
