I have been going to Higginbotham in East Memphis since 2023 and have no complaints. Everyone there is always friendly and very thorough. I have recently started Clarity Aligners by 3M with Jessa and Dr. Wadhwa and they are great. They are patient with me and answer all of my questions. I also appreciate them letting me know what to expect during this process and always checking in when I’m in the office to see how I’m doing. I’d highly recommend this office if you’re in search of a dentist in the Memphis area.
We love this dental office! My family has been coming here for years, and the care is always exceptional. We even plan trips back to Memphis just to keep our appointments. Karen and Dr. Wadhwa were wonderful, warm, attentive, and made the entire experience comfortable. Highly recommend!

Not my favorite activity (dentist), but this office made it way better than expected. Everything was efficient, clean, and well explained. No chaos, no weird vibes.
Jessa was great, super kind, kept things moving, and helped keep my anxiety in check without making it awkward. That alone deserves a shout-out. Kaitlyn also polished me up so my teeth are shining bright like a 💎.
Overall, solid experience and I’d definitely come back…in 6 months for my next cleaning 😊🦷
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for. I have pretty significant dental anxiety, and Jessa, the assistant, was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and at ease, explaining things clearly and checking in with me throughout the visit.
Kaitlyn did polished me teeth and was awesome super gentle, really thorough, and took the time to show me how to floss properly without making it awkward or rushed. Who knew you were supposed to go under the gum?
The entire team was extremely thorough and professional without ever making me feel rushed or judged. Everything was explained in a way that helped calm my nerves, and the attention to detail really stood out. It’s rare to find a dental office that combines skill, compassion, and warmth so seamlessly.
If you’re someone who gets anxious about dental visits, I can’t recommend this office, especially Jessa and Kaitlyn, enough. This was genuinely one of the best dental experiences I’ve had.
