Hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to! I’ve always struggled with dental anxiety, but everyone here makes you feel comfortable and cared for from the moment you walk in.
Ginger is such a wonderful hygienist. She is gentle, thorough, and so kind. Dr. Wadhwa is fantastic. She takes the time to explain everything, makes sure you’re at ease, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients.
For the first time in my life, I don’t dread going to the dentist. I highly recommend Higginbotham Family Dental East Memphis to anyone looking for a dentist who truly makes a difference!
My son recently had extensive dental work completed and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The office was warm and helpful with insurance needs and the dentist and assistants were patient and kind. 10/10 would recommend!
I can’t say enough good things about this office! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The front desk staff is organized, friendly, and always willing to answer questions. Ginger is always gentle, thorough, and make sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire cleaning.
Dr. Wadhwa is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. She truly cares about your long-term oral health, not just getting you in and out. You can tell the entire team works well together and genuinely loves what they do.
The office is spotless, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which makes the whole experience efficient and stress-free. I actually look forward to my appointments now—something I never thought I’d say about going to the dentist!

The staff is always professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. They handle everything with care and precision, making each visit smooth and stress-free. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly value their clients. If you’re looking for reliable, high-quality service, Higginbotham East never disappoints.
I’ve had an overall unsatisfactory experience with this dental office. Communication has consistently been an issue and it’s difficult to get clear explanations about treatment plans or billing. Speaking of billing, I’ve encountered little transparency regarding insurance coverage, which has made the process very frustrating.
Another concern is that several doctors have recently left the practice. This raises questions about stability and whether patients are receiving consistent, quality care.
Because of the communication problems, billing issues, and staff turnover, I unfortunately cannot recommend this office. Not to mention, I have never been able to speak to management to voice these complaints. Some practices only want money. (Wheelis Location)
