I came to Higginbotham Family Dental Group on the recommendation of my sister, and I'm truly grateful for the experience I had. The staff made me feel so welcome, and their kindness and professionalism were genuinely comforting. It felt like I was leaving with new friends! Rachel, the dental hygienist, did an amazing job with my cleaning, and I can't express enough how happy I am to have her looking after my dental health. Absolutely THE BEST experience during such a terrible situation. From calling to schedule an immediate appointment to check out, the staff was extremely courteous and accommodating! Dr. Shockley and Karen were both thorough in making sure I was comfortable and ensuring that my pain level continued to decrease during my time of despair. 10 out of 10, I HIGHLY recommend Higginbotham Family Dental for all of your dental needs! Embarrassed to say I haven’t had a cleaning in 2 years. I’m 31 weeks pregnant & started having a gum issue. My hygienist, Ginger & Dr. McPherson took great care of me, listened to my needs, & helped relieve my pain! Megan and Karen are always amazing souls & are just all around fabulous! 10/10 would recommend!
