New to Memphis, several people recommended Higginbotham as “the dental clinic” of choice!
Easy to book an appointment, location was easy to find, clean modern office and safe parking. Shay the hygienist was SUPER 5 STAR! No pressure, no sketchy upselling!
I’ve found my family dentist!
As a new patient, I was surprised to learn after my appointment that additional X-rays taken by staff were not covered by my Delta Dental insurance, leaving me with an unexpected balance. Insurance coverage can vary, but would have appreciated being informed beforehand that these X-rays would not be covered and that I would be responsible for the cost. Disappointed with the overall experience for a routine dental cleaning and don't recommend.
Went in for 4 Fillings (don’t judge me) and the staff is so friendly. Karen is very sweet and comforting. She recommended products to try without spending all my monies on my discolored tooth… Dr Wadwha is always the greatest. If your not a client at Higginbotham family Dentist, get here…
The Higginbotham family dental was awesome. The atmosphere was clean, pleasant and inviting. They worked out a plan that was conducive to my needs. Thanks East Memphis Higginbotham family dental.
Absolutely fantastic, the staff were respectful, kind, funny - and gentle with my thoroughly terrified self. The Doctor took her time to answer all of my questions, and really made me feel comfortable and seen. I can't brag on them enough, I loved these people.
