I highly recommend seeing Ashley, Ginger, Dr. Fitzhugh, and Dr. Shockley at the East Memphis Higginbotham to anyone looking for excellent care with a personal touch. They were thoughtful in answering all of my questions, and they shared info about my teeth that I hadn't even thought about. The staff took the time to communicate every step of the way, explaining what to expect and even letting me know when earlier appointment slots became available especially with Thanksgiving approaching. They were all incredibly welcoming and personable. It’s not often you find a dental office where the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and informed. My teeth looks and feel amazing, which i think is normal when you leave any dental office (I hope), but their level of care stood out to me the most :)

Higginbotham Family Dental on Wheelis Dr was AWESOME on today 08/20/24. I was really nervous and they brought calmness to me and my anxiety level. The office was clean and beautiful. The prices are reasonable too. I would definitely refer to someone else, in fact I have referred two people since I left there on today! Great job!!!

This was my first time visiting, I was very pleased and felt so welcomed by the staff. I have made this dentist office my home now, I'll be back in march. The young lady who did my xrays was so sweet and nice we talked the entire time. The doctor was very warming and welcoming also! I found them on tiktok because they went viral. I’ll recommend them to anyone.
