Just wanted to drop a line and share a really lovely experience I had yesterday! As someone who's proudly 83 years young, I've seen a thing or two, and sometimes new experiences, especially at a dental office, can be a bit challenging. My first visit with Quail wasn't quite as smooth as I'd hoped, as everything felt new and a little overwhelming, which isn't always the most pleasant feeling when you're my age. However, my visit on August 17, 2026, was a completely different story – truly wonderful! I wanted to give a special shout-out to Selena, the dental assistant. She was absolutely exceptional. Her touch was incredibly gentle, and her calm, reassuring demeanor made me feel so comfortable and cared for throughout the entire appointment. She really made all the difference! It was a genuinely positive experience, and I left with a big smile. Definitely a five-star day in my book, thanks to the fantastic team, and especially Selena! Ms. Ella.

Great facility. Hard working receptionist and good area. This is the second time I bring my mother-in-law's mom and she really like it. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Waiting room feels very welcoming
