After completing the entire process, I felt it was necessary to come back and update my review. Overall, I would rate this company a 4.1/5. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 a.m., but I didn’t leave until 9:00 p.m., so the wait time was extremely long. The results, however, were 10/10. I believe the customer service at check-in could use improvement, as the initial greeting experience was lacking. I recommend that all staff be given consistent information, as the answers I received to my questions before the procedure were very different from what actually occurred during the procedure. The wait time alone is a 2/10, so I strongly recommend blocking out an entire day (or more) and coming prepared with a lot of patience you will need it. They do provide a room, but I noticed that the window in my room was busted out. I texted the property manager and called several times, but no one ever answered or followed up. Due to safety concerns, I chose not to stay. Overall, I do recommend this place because the results are great, but there is definitely major room for improvement in customer service, communication, wait time, and lodging conditions.

An excellent experience. The entire team is very kind and professional, and the clinic inspires confidence from the moment you walk in. They explained every step with patience, and I felt very well cared for. Without a doubt, a place I fully recommend.

Very clean and friendly place, staff is EVERYTHING. I had Ms. Castillo she talked you thru everything she was doing and was welling to hold your hand. And Mr. Alex was very helpful as well. They make you feel so comfortable and I LOVE my new SMILE
