As always, the staff is wonderful and provided excellent care. I have referred others to this practice and they have had wonderful experiences, too. What I find to be very important is their ability to provide care in an emergency in a very short period of time. Their prices seem very affordable compared to my previous dentist. This is the best dental practice I have experienced and I am in my late 70s.

Claudia is an exceptional dental hygienist. She is thorough, professional, gentle, and knowledgeable. Claudia offered recommendations for maintaining clean and healthy teeth and answered my questions. As always, the receptionist and staff are welcoming and friendly.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Dr. Alejandro San Jorge’s dental team. I have been a loyal patient for almost 20 years, but recently had the unfortunate experience of missing a cleaning appointment. I mistakenly thought my appointment was on Friday when it was actually on Thursday. As soon as I realized my error, I immediately called the office to explain. To my surprise, I was told I would be charged a $50 no-show fee. While I understand the importance of policies, all I asked for was a small gesture of courtesy, given my long-standing relationship with the practice. I was told that waiving the fee was not possible due to corporate policy. This response left me feeling that, after almost two decades of trust and loyalty, the human element of patient care has been lost. It seems that since Dr. San Jorge joined this new practice, the focus has shifted more toward strict policies than fostering the relationships he once built with his patients. While I do not wish any harm to the doctor or his team, it’s clear that they prioritize profit over long-term patient loyalty. As a result, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I hope that, in the future, the practice might reconsider how they balance policy with customer care.
