I’ve been to many dentist offices before but what I really liked about this office is how they genuinely care and you can feel it. Last visit was for a regular cleaning. A kind and very friendly reception is as always, which I know from my past few visits. Then the procedure, which was done by their amazing hygienist, Claudia. A great job done by a very good professional all while being friendly and caring. You feel like she’s a friend helping you and not a professional just doing her job, which she does impeccably. A really great team and if there were more than 5 stars, I would’ve gladly given them.

As always, the staff is wonderful and provided excellent care. I have referred others to this practice and they have had wonderful experiences, too. What I find to be very important is their ability to provide care in an emergency in a very short period of time. Their prices seem very affordable compared to my previous dentist. This is the best dental practice I have experienced and I am in my late 70s.

If you are a cash patient looking for a simple routine cleaning, be aware that the phone quote and promotion did not match what was actually offered. Ask very clearly in advance if they will truly perform a standard cleaning or only propose a costly deep-cleaning plan. A simple new-patient cleaning appointment turned into a $2,000 treatment plan. I came in expecting a regular cleaning based on the phone quote and the “new patient special,” but after the exam they only offered an expensive deep cleaning and additional procedures. When I asked to just do the regular cleaning listed (about $89 for prophylaxis + $49 exam ), they told me that “by law” they could not do a normal cleaning and would only do the deep cleaning. I left without any cleaning and still had to pay $49 for the consultation.

They were running ad for dental cleaning. For really, really low price on Instagram. So I fell for it and made an appointment. And only later for them to say it was going to be more expensive. Because I needed deep cleaning, not regular cleaning, which I understood. But later, during a call, after waiting over a month for the first opening to come by. They told me that my initial appointment was going to be just consultation. Which I had to also pay for it not free (not per what ad said, but they had confirmed with ne during first scheduling that there is no other fees and that ad price is all for me to get a cleaning) and the cost of consult was almost as much as the original advertisement on Instagram, more or less. So I just decided not to go forward.Due to this kind of business practice as I would have ended paying 3 times the price they told me first.
