The entire staff was amazing! My son has really bad anxiety and they were very understanding. The doctor even called after they closed to check on him and gave us her personal number in case anything we needed after hours. We also had to call because of how uncomfortable he was after the numbing wore off and they were very quick to call back with further instructions.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed and the staff was beyond helpful! Their customer service goes above and beyond. Calls were returned the same day whenever I had any questions, the procedure was explained in full details before and after to ensure no complications occurred. The doctor assured her ease and personally called later that evening to see how she was feeing, she even gave us her personal cell if we had any complications. We highly recommend them! Nice work guys!

Dr. Ballard and Jocelyn, her assistant, made my visit to have 2 teeth extracted a better experience than I anticipated. I am a 75 year old who has had terrible dental visits starting at early childhood. My anxiety was taken care of by Dr. Ballard, with her calm demeanor and explaining everything in detail. My entire visit lasted only 45 minutes and Dr. Ballard called later to see how I was doing. I thank Dr. Ballard and she has my highest recommendation.

Everyone was extremely nice. I had five wisdom teeth instead of four, so I was very nervous. They were great! Removed them without issues! Highly recommend this place, especially if you have anxiety about dental procedures.
