I can’t say enough great things about Iroquois Family Dentistry. The practice runs with the highest level of professionalism and organization. Dr. Tyler Smith is exceptionally knowledgeable. He takes the time to answer questions thoroughly and explain options clearly, always prioritizing what is best for our family's needs. The staff is impressive and so friendly. The teeth cleanings are painless and thorough. It’s clear that this is a team that values excellence. I highly recommend Iroquois to anyone seeking exceptional dental care.

Awesome experience every time. I can’t say enough about how great Iroquois is — I drive three hours just to see them at least twice a year. The staff is kind and helpful, and Dr. Glover is the best — great at what he does and always takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable. The whole team clearly enjoys taking care of people here.

First timer here at Iroquois, but great first experience. Cassidy was thorough in her cleaning, while also being kind & conversational. Dr. Glover was caring & efficient. Caroline at the front desk was so helpful when I first called to book my initial appointment. They have top of the line equipment, in a clean, elevated space. Happy to have found such a great dentist having just moved here.

I had my initial cleaning at Iroquois Family Dentistry yesterday and was very impressed with the office, the Dental Hygienist and the Dentist. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles at the front desk, and I felt welcomed. I had filled out my paperwork and aside from some great friendly conversation, I was ready for my cleaning. My cleaning was great from start to finish and the checkup from the dentist was equally great - everyone there is so nice. After my visit, I spoke with the Manager who gave me some insights on dental insurance as I am soon to go on Medicare and would no longer have the insurance I was currently using. The facility is very modern and clean and my wife and I are very happy we found Iroquois.

From beginning to end, Iroquois dentistry was the worst dental business I have experienced. With minimal parking spaces, the parking was horrible. I had to wait for a patient to leave to get a parking spot, almost causing me to be late for an appointment for ‘plan of care.’ Scheduling was horrendously unprofessional. For one (1) scheduled surgery, they called me a dozen times to schedule and to reschedule. Due to the employee administering anesthesia, there were schedule conflicts with other patients. Once my appointment for surgery was finalized, I was called yet again to reschedule due to my appointment conflicting with another patient. After rescheduling, I requested not to be contacted again regarding rescheduling. They didn’t honor that. A few days prior to surgery, an employee of iroquois dentistry contacted me again to reschedule. This was also due to the employee administering anesthesia having a scheduling conflict with another patient and I. I refused to adjust my schedule. I then had to escalate my concerns to the, in their own words, “office manager” regarding this, because the amount of times they wanted to change my appointment date and time was unprofessional. It conveyed a lack of professionalism, communication, and cohesiveness. Now for the worst aspect of this visit. On November 7th, Friday, 2025, I awoke at 6am for my dental surgery. I showered. I did my hair. I fasted per anesthesia protocol. My spouse had to alter her schedule with a colleague to be my dedicate driver. We had to fight traffic. Everything was going well. After arriving and being placed into the dental chair, an employee attempted an IV line. Multiple times I was stuck, only for the IV to fail. Currently, I have bruises all over my arms for nothing. The anesthesiologist (I assume that’s what he is) continued to make up excuses for his inability to make a stick. After numerous attempts, he gave up and told me I will have to reschedule. All the painful sticks and bruises were in vain. All the prep was in vain. All the rescheduling was in vain. The dentist walked in and reiterated I will have to reschedule. He gave me three (3) options: bringing in a more expensive anesthesiologist, requiring paying thousands of more dollars; taking a medication prior to arrival that would relax me, yet would not fully sedate me; and lastly, nitrogen which is a horrible option considering you're still awake. Frustrated with their excuses, wanting me to reschedule yet again, and the anesthesiologists inability to do a proper IV line stick, I decided to walk out of the room – completely ignoring the dentist’s excuses. I reached a breaking point. I then went to the front desk and requested a full refund. The front desk lady is extremely rude and unapologetic. I will unfortunately have to transfer my care to a dentist office that has staff that are capable of administering an IV line for complete sedation. I have never in my life experienced any healthcare business that made this many calls to reschedule, and was unable to administer an IV line. The onsite anesthesiologist needs to be fired for his inability to do an IV line and causing too many conflicts with scheduling, forcing patients to constantly reschedule. If I can go to Vanderbilt medical multiple times a year and always get a successful stick by a TECH with a certificate, there is NO excuse for an anesthesiologist with more education not being able to. Most of the employees have a bad habit of explaining their shortcomings with excuses. I recommend getting care elsewhere, especially if you seek full sedation.
