From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with happy faces. I was pleasantly instructed how to fill out the forms for the Doctor. The waiting room is clean and bright. I didn’t have to wait at all to be called in to the treatment area. This area was also very clean and bright with many sinks and treatment areas. My Doctor was very nice and went over my treatment plan with me. I couldn’t have been more pleased to be there.
Y’all. If you are looking for a dentist office this place is it! First off, the office is GORGEOUS and inviting- if going to the dentist gives you anxiety you’ll feel right at ease as soon as you walk through the door. Second, the staff is super friendly! My dental hygienist and dentist were SO nice and informative throughout the whole appointment, and were open about what I actually needed done. You can definitely tell the staff really love their job and care about their patients! I’d give more stars if I could!
The BEST dentist I’ve been too. They were amazing about texting me a million times about my appointment which I loved because I’m crazy busy and to be reminded I’d my dentist appointment was great. When you walk in the front desk is SUPER nice which is extremely rare these days. That literature made my day. My hygienist was super nice.. very talkative which was great because i already hate being at the dentist for a cleaning. Dentist came in and was super nice. Even though it was a normal , he didn’t rush explaining to me every bit of his notes. Thanks guys!!!
Dr. Smith is wonderful. He is thorough in explaining the dental work he will be performing, which put me at ease. He takes his time and is diligent. I felt comfortable leaving the office and was surprised to receive a voicemail shortly after from Dr. Smith checking in on me to ensure I wasn’t experiencing any pain or discomfort. While going to the dentist is never an exciting adventure, this trip was nothing short of a positive experience. I would recommend Iroquois to anyone looking for reliability, trust, and excellent customer service.
Iroquois Dentistry was an excellent experience for my kids and for myself. Dentists, hygienists and admin were all very professional and thorough, but efficient. The office is welcoming and beautifully decorated. We highly recommend Iroquois and are thrilled with our switch!
