After 4 emails and two phone calls; one of which I missed be cause I was at work and my phone was in my locker, on my way to get rest for my second job, I received the second call in which I was rudely asked about finishing my pre-checkin pages. Because I do work 2 jobs, and that is what I told Ms. Andrea, I had not had the opportunity to finish because my insurance card was at my home which is an hour and 15 minutes away from my jobs and I typically don't go home until the weekend, and that I insured her that I was going to get to it prior to me coming to my appointment. I was rudely told that I needed to be sure I did so. Not a good look. The only reason I didn't cancel my appointment, is because I had not had an opportunity to get my yearly check up in since 2020. I have yet to be seen as of yet for I was an hour early to my appointment. Be back to finish this review.. I was called back by Ms. Carroll and she was a joy, and so was Ms. Kim and Ms. Sabrina. They were the saving graces to this place. They were simply amazing. I just may give this place another chance after all. And it was my pleasure to have met Dr. Moore. She came in and the whole team in the back have me squared away to come back. More to come. I wish I could give more stars but first impressions are everything. Hopefully it will be better next time.

Had a great experience at this office! Everyone was super kind, professional, and informative throughout my appointment. They made sure I understood everything during the visit and clearly explained what I needed to do afterwards as well. I really appreciated how comfortable and welcoming they made the experience. Definitely recommend! This will be my new dentist from here on out!

I've received exceptional service every time my son & I have visited Music City Dental! Of course our last visit wasn't any different. The staff (Rosylin, Andrea & Margaret) are very knowledgeable and take great care of us. We appreciate all that y'all do & the love is felt!!! Dr. Spurlin-Moore has an amazing team! The dentists are very professional, kind, and organized. The procedures are quick and customers can ask questions on any concerns they have about anything; without fear of being mislead. Costs are low and they have a program to help with payments. Overall, very recommended dentist organization. My main one.

I’ve been a patient at this dental office for almost 10 years! I love Dr. Spurlin-Moore. I think she has always done a phenomenal job when it comes to my dental care. For most of my time here I’ve been seen by Rosylin who is a top notch dental hygienist, I’m talking superb! Now if we are talking about other areas of this place Andrea at the front desk needs to work on their phone etiquette! It is not my issue if you wait less than 24 hours to confirm a patient insurance and the way I was TOLD to send it in because “I need it NOW” rather than politely being asked or simply sending an email communication was unacceptable. Time management is clearly not her best or patient approach when asking for information. Attitude needs to be better! And they charge for everything. From no calls no show to upselling products that are way more expensive than OTC. Just my opinion. Overall 7.8/10 (low score due to front desk service) .
