Ok, this place is hands down the best. The staff are stellar and the dentist is a rockstar. As with most people, I hated going to the dentist, then I found Vitality. Don’t hesitate anymore, just go on and make an appointment, you won’t regret it. 10/10 recommend.

I have been coming to vitality dental for numerous years. The staff is incredible, kind, pain free visits, fun and easy going atmosphere. Im always relaxed with any procedure. Whether tooth pulls, crowns, fillings etc. The dental hygienist are fantastic. I feel like most of the staff after 15 plus years are friends. Great office. Love vitality dental. Love Amanda and Cory and the whole team. They are also upfront about insurance benefits and any out of pocket costs and plans they offer for treatment. Always clear and easy to understand. When I first came to Vitality Dental for a full-mouth reconstruction, I genuinely felt I was in good hands. The hospitality and care I experienced initially were exceptional, and I trusted the practice completely. Four years later, I’m dealing with significant complications, including gum and bone loss, additional dental treatment, unexpected expenses, and lasting emotional distress. I underwent four separate procedures using three different dental labs for my implants, crowns, and bridge, resulting in restorations with noticeably different shades, sizes, and appearances. The outcome damaged my confidence rather than restoring it. Dr. Holmes has always been kind and respectful, and I truly believe he has genuine integrity. I also believe I may have been an unfortunate exception and that my experience may not represent every patient’s experience with the practice. However, that cannot undo the lasting damage I’ve experienced. I was also disheartened when a promised full refund ultimately fell short of the amount discussed. When complications occur, how a practice responds matters just as much as the treatment itself. Unfortunately, I never felt there was meaningful accountability. When I advocated for myself and expressed my concerns, my experience with Cori changed, and I found her communication increasingly abrasive and dismissive, adding to an already distressing overall experience.

I’ve been going to this practice since I moved to Nashville five years ago, and I’ve always had a great experience. The office is clean, modern, and uses great technology, and everyone is consistently professional and welcoming. Gina is an amazing hygienist — always thorough, kind, and personable. Dr. Holmes recently worked on my crown procedure and was fantastic throughout the entire appointment. Sarah, was also incredibly sweet and attentive, making sure I was comfortable the whole time (even offering pillows for my neck and helping with laughing gas). Dental work is never fun, but this team truly makes the experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Vitality Dental for years and they continue to impress me every time. They offer top notch service (like texting you the morning of your appointment to warn of ice patches in the parking lot). Today, my three year old had to accompany me to my appointment. EVERY member of the staff was so kind and patient with him. They fetched him water, a toy and even a new Spider-Man toothbrush.
