Excellent. Each specialist is available through the practice and your records are kept in a single place. I have had a very positive experience with Dr Khalid who extracted a tooth and built a crown. Dr Ng did root canal and did great. Everyone is very attentive and responsive. I also appreciate their clarity in explaining my dental insurance. Thankful that they are open 7 days a week. Never know what can happen!
I've been at this practice for 20+ years and have always had the best care and treatment. In particular, I highly recommend Dr. Martin, Dr. Kopp, Pauline, and Diane. They're a really strong team and always provide top notch care, whether it's for a root canal, an implant, or simply a cleaning. Pauline is pure magic when it comes to impressions and x-rays! I am not the easiest patient but they never make me feel that way. I cannot recommend this practice, of this team of doctors and hygienists, enough.
Excellent care by the staff. Dr. Jared Miller was absolutely awesome and had a very light hand and his Assistant , Abel very caring and considerate. Someone like me who is mortally scared of dentists, was made comfortable enough to go back and take care of my other teeth.
I cannot speak highly enough about CPW Dentistry. In the midst of a dental emergency, I cold called them out of the blue and their kind front desk staff were able to get me a day-off appointment. I was seen by Dr. Kopp (who was wonderfully assisted by Pauline) and she was truly a lifesaver. She was able to quickly identify the issue and referred me to an incredible oral surgeon who was able to get me in for surgery the very next day. A GAMECHANGER! As someone who gets very anxious at the dentist, every single person at this practice helped to put me at ease. I am recommending this practice to everyone I know and am looking forward to returning for a normal cleaning on a non-emergency basis. Thank you for everything CPW Dentistry!
