Such a kind & patient office! I moved to the city around a year and a half ago, and have had some pretty horrific experiences at other dentists. I’m so thankful to have found Dental House, and am now making them my go-to provider. I especially loved how welcoming Princess and her manager at the front desk were. Also super impressed by how Ashley gentley yet firmly handled my cleaning. Dr. Sonya was also so direct and good about explaining next steps and results from my exam. Overall, this office excels at communicating with patients — especially those of us who might be afraid of dentists!

This was my first visit, and I cannot imagine anything better. Reception was friendly, personal, and efficient. Ashley the hygienist was friendly, attentive, informative, and professional. Dr Grossman was even better than her bio led me to believe. She was engaging, professional, informative, and so obviously excellent. I loved the interaction among staff. I could not have chosen a better place for ongoing dental care.

Office was clean, easy to find, and subway is down the block. A younger dentist did the X-rays and cleaning, before another one diagnosed the X-rays. I didn't catch the younger one's name, but she gave clear instructions and had a gentle yet firm bedside manner. Their administration strongly follows up on appointments. I got email, text, and phone call reminders from them. Failure to show incurs a $75 fee.

I visited Dental House for a dental cleaning. The hygienist and the doctor were very attentive, especially compared to my visits at a previous place in Brooklyn. The staff was great and ready to answer all of my questions. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I will definitely return for further treatment. Thank you!

Amazing experience being seen here! Doctors and Ashley was very gentle. Usually I’m very scared of the dentist but everyone made me feel so comfortable here. All the staff are very friendly and front desk are great at explaining everything about insurance coverage. The best practice I’ve ever been to!
