I love coming to this office. As soon as I walked in, I knew I was in the right place. The office is super clean, from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the dentist everyone is friendly. I went in my scheduled appt. time and my cleaning was finished in a reasonable amount of time. I went in between my workday. I didn’t feel like i was in for a big surprise fee leaving the office. I would highly recommend this office and have to other friends.

I’ve been a patient at MDS for about 15 years now. I’ve seen dentists retire, hygienists move, and front desk staff change, but what has ALWAYS remained consistent is the great care and fabulous quality of service that I receive! If I need to move appointments, the personable and professional front desk (shout out to Jasmine!) do what they can to accommodate. My teeth are straight due to Carl’s fantastic management of my Invisalign treatment a few years ago. Natasha, my wonderful, wonderful hygienist, has been keeping me cavity free for years now. And Dr. Charnas has watched over everything and fixed a chip or two over the years so that my smile remains bright. I can’t say enough good things about MDS. Go, you won’t be sorry.

I haven’t had the best experiences with dentists in a while, so Manhattan Dental Spa exceeding my expectations was definitely not on my bingo card — but they did! Dr. Wilson was incredibly attentive and answered all of my questions with patience and care. My hygienist (I wish I remembered her name!) was amazing as well — she made my scans super comfortable and even took the time to walk me through everything on the 3D model. And shoutout to Karen, who was so witty and patient with me during checkout! From the simple cleaning to the massage chair to the warm and relaxing environment they’ve created, I had a phenomenal experience. I’ll definitely be back for my follow-up treatment. I’m genuinely satisfied and feel hopeful that I can continue having good experiences at the dentist again.

Manhattan Dental Spa has been my GO TO provider for 15 years and counting. I have referred many family and friends. The care is unmatched. I have had a first class experience every time, with dental care from the medical professionals on site, the support staff, as well as the admin staff for billing and insurance. I can't imagine visiting another practice that has it ALL like Manhattan Dental Spa. Dr. Charnas is the BEST.

Once I got upstairs to their suite, I was impressed by how clean and well-organized everything was—it definitely set a positive tone. At the front desk, I was greeted by Emily, who was not only extremely pleasant and welcoming, but also offered me a chance to relax in their massage chair while I waited for the dentist. That small touch made a big difference and showed how much they care about patient comfort. When it was time for my appointment, I noticed that they use state-of-the-art technology, which reassured me that I was in good hands for the x-rays and scans. I was then introduced to Shana, who performed a tough cleaning on my teeth. She was professional, kind, and truly amazing at what she does. After the cleaning, I met Dr. Vargas, who was not only skilled but also down-to-earth and approachable—qualities you definitely want in your dentist. To wrap up, Ms. Karen walked me through the insurance details and payment breakdown. She was bubbly, straightforward, and incredibly reassuring throughout the process. I appreciated her clarity and energy. Overall, this visit felt more like a spa day than a dental appointment. The team at Manhattan Dental Spa went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, informed, and well taken care of. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be returning for future visits!
