I came to Pragma Dental for a simple cleaning and to establish care, but I was completely blown away by their kindness, competence, and attention to comfort. They went above and beyond to offer multiple options to ensure I was relaxed — options I’ve never seen offered at other dental offices. The space itself is modern, clean, and welcoming. I saw Dr. K and Crystal for my cleaning, and both were absolutely wonderful. They took the time to explain everything they were doing during the visit, what services the office offers, and what I could expect for future care. I’ve never felt so informed and comfortable during a dental appointment. Crystal was especially sweet and made the whole experience even better. I’m officially a Pragma Dental patient for life! I even left with a super cute care package :)

Pragma is amazing from the moment you walk in. I have dental anxiety and they were so amazing and accommodating. Maison is an amazing Hygienist so was so kind and explained everything, she made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Gus addressed all my concerns, was so kind and helpful. He made this the easiest and calmest visit I’ve ever had at any office. Put together a plan that made me feel at ease and wasn’t overwhelming. Hands down best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office!!

I had a great first experience at Pragma Dental! Before the appointment started, I was offered a selection of comfort items. I chose the heated neck pillow, water, and a paraffin wax hand treatment! Lindsay took care of everything, and my hands were so soft afterward! Gabrielle was the hygienist I worked with, and she was fantastic. She worked thoroughly, but efficiently. She always kept my comfort top of mind, and made me feel at ease for the duration of the appointment. Dr. K was top notch as well. She actually sat down with me to discuss previous dental experiences, and offered me new ideas to reach my smile goals. She even complimented my teeth and praised my dental care routine! I highly recommend Pragma Dental.

I started going to Pragma dental a little over a year ago after my long time dentist sold her practice and the new team wasn’t the same and there was so much turnover, billing issues and I felt like they were always selling me. I absolutely love Pragma! When you walk in it feels more like a spa than a dental office but the entire staff is professional and knowledgeable about dental treatments and your insurance. They are concerned with comfort and treat patients with kindness and truly show they care. My hygienist Crystal is wonderful and so is Dr. K. I never feel like I am being sold anything just cared for and educated. Not scolded or preached to either. I have some “watch” areas but they aren’t rushing me into expensive treatments. I can’t say enough good things about this dental practice! From check in, treatment, to billing, every step of the way has been a positive experience!

I honestly really enjoyed my first visit here. I had some difficult permanent retainer spacers that needed to come off and Dr. Kaylee did a great job removing them and was very nice and accommodating. Gabrielle did all my X-rays and was super friendly and nice to talk to. And my cleaning was done by Maison who did a really great job and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I would recommend this office to anyone!
