I came to Pragma Dental for a simple cleaning and to establish care, but I was completely blown away by their kindness, competence, and attention to comfort. They went above and beyond to offer multiple options to ensure I was relaxed — options I’ve never seen offered at other dental offices. The space itself is modern, clean, and welcoming. I saw Dr. K and Crystal for my cleaning, and both were absolutely wonderful. They took the time to explain everything they were doing during the visit, what services the office offers, and what I could expect for future care. I’ve never felt so informed and comfortable during a dental appointment. Crystal was especially sweet and made the whole experience even better. I’m officially a Pragma Dental patient for life! I even left with a super cute care package :)

If you have dental anxiety like I do, this is the place to go. They truly go above and beyond to make your experience as stress-free as possible with different comfort measures. Dr. K is absolutely the best! She is kind, gentle, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her patients. A special thank you to Ally, Dr. K's assistant, who is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and always makes me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Elizabeth is the sweetest! If you need to schedule an appointment, she's the one to call. She's friendly, helpful, and makes the scheduling process so easy. Miranda is wonderful at explaining insurance coverage and billing. She takes the time to answer every question and makes everything easy to understand. And Krystin is an amazing dental hygienist! She is thorough, gentle, and makes cleanings a great experience. The entire team is professional, caring, and truly treats you like family. Pragma Dental is a very nice dental office to have any dental work done. The staff is very welcoming and cordial. The dental assistants as well as the dentist are knowledgeable and will tell you exactly what's going on with your teeth, gums, etc. and the most practical plan of action. I would like to give a special shout out to Ally and Dr. K. Ally encouraged me to get some things examined and I am glad she did. Dr. K took care of those things for me and I am very pleased and satisfied with the work done. I highly recommend. Unfortunately, I still have to have some work done, however, I have confidence in the team at Pragma Dental.

I am beyond pleased with the care I received at Pragma. I went in for a crown and some cosmetic work with Dr. Hand, and she was everything you'd hope for in a dentist.  She was professional, kind, thoughtful and incredibly skilled.  She and her assistant, Hannah, walked me through the entire process, always making sure I was comfortable and pain free.  One of the best parts was leaving with a permanent crown same day! No temporary, no waiting weeks for a lab. Such a game changer. From check-in to check-out, the entire staff was warm and welcoming.  The added touch of a "comfort menu" (heated blanket and pillow for me) made an already great experience even better. I've had a lot of dental work over the years, and I never thought I'd say this, but I actually had fun and look forward to going back.  Highly recommend!
