Pragma- My initial experience was my wife speaking about the staff. I was saying to myself (yeah yeah). So I went with her to her appointment. The ladies out front was outstanding. Of course I said they just want me to be a patient. I was scheduled for my appointment and the ladies out front was again amazing. First appointment was with Krystin, I was very comfortable and felt like I have been to see her before. She understands customer service. When I left I said I will certainly return for care. Second and Third appointment with the wonderful Dr. Hand and Ms. Ally. What a duo!!! Tremendous, strong, confident team.your bios suit you both well. The video is just priceless. I was actually sharing my experience with my team when I received the video. Best Dental facility that I have ever been to. I have surprised dental so I have been to several facilities. Thank you. I came to Pragma Dental for a simple cleaning and to establish care, but I was completely blown away by their kindness, competence, and attention to comfort. They went above and beyond to offer multiple options to ensure I was relaxed — options I’ve never seen offered at other dental offices. The space itself is modern, clean, and welcoming. I saw Dr. K and Crystal for my cleaning, and both were absolutely wonderful. They took the time to explain everything they were doing during the visit, what services the office offers, and what I could expect for future care. I’ve never felt so informed and comfortable during a dental appointment. Crystal was especially sweet and made the whole experience even better. I’m officially a Pragma Dental patient for life! I even left with a super cute care package :)

It felt more like a spa than a visit to the dentist, but not in a pretentious way. Hannah was a gem, she made me feel so comfortable and not at all judged. Dr. Kratzer offered to come in early to fit my procedure in before my current insurance expired. This is a stellar group of people who seem to genuinely care about their patients and I have already recommended them to my fiancé as well as other family & friends.

Everyone here is gentle, reassuring, kind and caters to your needs as a patient. This is not your grandparent’s dental office. It’s even relaxing (this coming from someone who doesn’t take great care of their teeth). High praise for the dentists, hygienists and support staff. I particularly want to thank Krystin who did the most to ensure I had a good experience. She is the best hygienist on this planet or any other planet! Thanks so much everyone

I have been coming to Pragma Dental for years and I truly cannot imagine going anywhere else. Krystin is absolutely wonderful; she is so sweet, gentle and genuinely caring.
