I had such a great experience at Philadelphia Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The front desk team was friendly and efficient with check-in, and the hygienist explained everything step by step, which really helped ease my nerves. The dentist was knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to answer all my questions. The office itself was clean, modern, and well-organized, which gave me extra peace of mind. I left feeling confident in the care I received, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future visits. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for professional, caring dental care in Philly! Gabby was also great she made me feel extremely comfortable.

I needed a new dental office due to a change of coverage on my insurance. So I found Philadelphia Dental on Google last year and had came here a couple of times. Each and every time when I come to this dental office, the front desk staffs (Maly & Ashley) are extremely friendly, down to earth and always greeted me with a smile. Kierstin (Management) was also very friendly. My most recent dental visit was for a regular x-ray, check-up and cleaning and Dr. Guevara did a very thorough & good job with the cleaning of my teeth. He was very gentle with the entire procedure and explained along the way what he was doing to keep me in the loop. The facility is very clean, spacious and modern! All in all, I would highly recommend Philadelphia Dental for anyone seeking dental services. Thank you for making it an enjoyable experience! 😊👍🥰

Honestly, I feel the dentist could have taken just a few minutes to explain the next steps regarding my tooth. I came in specifically hoping to speak with him, and even mentioned this to the front desk prior (who were very kind and helpful). While I understand he doesn’t perform extractions, my only request was to go over his findings before being referred to another dentist who would. Instead, I left feeling dismissed. I even asked if a phone call would be possible, but an in-person appointment was scheduled. After taking the time to come into the office, I was simply handed a piece of paper and a referral, and informed in the waiting area with other patients that my tooth needed to be extracted. The dentist did not speak to me and sent his assistant. I feel this should have been discussed with me in a private room, as it is a personal matter. Going to the dentist is already nerve-wracking and anxiety-provoking for me, and to feel brushed aside only made it worse. I left disappointed, questioning the point of having scheduled the appointment at all. Anyways I did not go to their referred doctors and decided to get a second opinion and I’m glad I did. I went City Dental Arts, where all the staff were amazing , thorough and compassionate and valued me as a customer! They TOOK THE TIME TO SPEAK WITH ME ABOUT OPTIONS AND NEXT STEPS!!!

I took my kids to the dentist yesterday and had such a great experience! Dr. Patrick and Mursal were amazing with my kids – so kind, patient, and professional. They did an excellent job and made my children feel comfortable the entire time. Molly and Ashley were also wonderful and very helpful throughout our visit. I highly recommend this office to any parent looking for quality dental care for their children!

Friendly atmosphere and environment I want to say thank you especially to Ashley to help me schedule my appointments for all of my aftercare. She was very helpful along with Kierstin Who is assisted me with checking in as well. Overall experience was 10, including the doctor.
