I just moved to Philadelphia for Dallas, TX. So finding a great dentist is imperative for me. I schedule my appointment months in advance. I confirmed the day before, only to get a call the day off asking me to come in early. My original appointment was scheduled for 230, they asked me to come at 2 instead. I got to the dentist office at 155. I signed in, did all my authorization forms….230 comes I'm still in waiting room. So why was I asked to come in early? Why have I been waiting 35 minutes, when I have a scheduled appointment. The lack of consideration for patients and their time is disgusting! The front desk manager only had to say was “ sorry we understand your mad and you can leave we understand”…..NEVER AGAIN….Ill continue to fly to Dallas every 6 months at least I don’t have to sit at dentist for hours every visit! These other reviews must be paid actors! I did not share the same pleasant experience

I have been a patient at this dental office for years, and I can’t recommend them enough! The entire team is professional, friendly, and truly cares about their patients. From their AMAZING RECEPTIONISTS to their AMAZING TEAM. The routine cleanings to more complex procedures, they always make sure I’m comfortable and well-informed !

So far so good! I called for an appointment and they were able to see me the same afternoon; very helpful staff and state of the art equipment. Dr Z has a pleasant bedside manner and explains things thoroughly with patience & clarity. He took measurements of each tooth for gum erosion. I've never had this done in my decades as a dental patient. Very thorough and professional team. Update: No return phone call as promised with referral info as I’m in pain Another update: I got the referral a few days later along with a patient appreciation sentiment. That’s a classy touch!

I had a great experience at Philadelphia dental .the office was clean and welcoming. Dr Patrick was very professional and took the time to explain everything before starting my treatment. I want to especially thanks to Mursal .she was incredibly kinda professional . And made sure i felt comfortable through my visit .she was very friendly and caring .I highly recommend this dental office.

Philadelphia Dental Broad St Overall top tier! This has been the best experience I’ve ever had at any dentist office . I had a wisdom tooth removed today. The office staff treated me great everyone was so warm and welcoming! I had the pleasure of having Dr Z and Kristin for my procedure they made me feel super comfortable they were very knowledgeable, not one question went unanswered. Over all I would rate them 10 out of 10 , would highly recommend. I was able to receive a fast appointment I called on Thursday was able to be seen on Friday and was schedule for my initial exam . And was scheduled Monday for my actual produce . Excellent customer service! Theyoffer Saturday and Sunday appointments , even appointments after 5 Very very clean , super helpful . They actually care about you as a patient ! I will be returning back as a regular patient! Thank you for such a great experience .
