I visited this practice for a wisdom tooth extraction and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team kept me well informed at every step, which made me feel confident that my safety and comfort were a priority. The office itself is modern, spotless, and efficiently run, with organized processes and strong communication throughout. Every staff member I interacted with was knowledgeable, professional, and down‑to‑earth. Dr. Nguyen was especially kind and attentive. She even followed up with a personal phone call after the procedure to check on my recovery, which speaks volumes about her level of care. Overall, this is a well‑run practice that delivers both clinical expertise and genuine compassion.

Which instills confidence in for a patient a bit anxious to have 15 th removed at once. While fear can be be challenging they couldn't have made me feel more at ease. I was and am as comfortable after the the procedure. Armed with knowledge and information that had been prepared in written very clearly easy to understand. Gone over verbally with nurses explaining any questions I had in the moment. While Im looking forward to getting new dentures replacing my smile when my swelling is down and ready for the next steps for which they were also kind to guide me with a recommendation. Obviously no one jumps for joy to get their wisdom teeth extracted but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Nguyen and her team were absolutely lovely and funny, and handled my time there in a comforting and professional manner. Everything was explained very clearly, including for the weeks following my operation, and we were in and out for both the initial examination and the extraction. Dr. Nguyen also personally called to check in on me later that evening. Cannot recommend highly enough, plus their office is adorable and has a complimentary coffee maker for guests.

I had such an amazing experience with Dr.Nguyen and her team! I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed and had an implant done at the same time, and I was honestly shocked at how smooth everything went. I was super nervous before the procedure, but Dr.Nguyen was so kind and calm. She talked me through every step and made me feel completely at ease. Her entire team was just as wonderful from the front desk staff to the nurses in the back, everyone was so nice, professional, and caring. The procedure was painless, and my recovery has been so easy. Dr. Nguyen even called me later that night to check on how I was doing, which really showed how much she cares about her patients. From the consultation to the day of surgery it was a wonderful experience. The front office staff the absolutely best in customer service. The office is so warm and cozy. Just absolutely zen and beautiful! What really topped it off was when Dr. Nguyen called to check on my daughter to make sure she was doing good after her procedure.
