a month agoI had an out-of-town emergency and they accepted me in same day. I felt very comfortable going to this office. The doctor was knowledgeable and compassionate. She also did an immediate referral for me to an oral surgeon for the same day. All of the workers were exceptionally kind and caring. I recommend this office for your needs. a week agoI had an outstanding experience at Rittenhouse Smiles! From the moment I walked in and felt the calm energy of the office, I knew this place was different. They go above and beyond with their hospitality, offering a “comfort menu” to ensure every patient feels at ease. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and professional (shoutout to Haley, Julie, Shalu, Audree and Dr. Mark). The office has a calming, positive atmosphere with gorgeous views, and they even have an emotional support service dog for those who need extra comfort. I highly recommend Rittenhouse Smiles to anyone looking for a dentist that truly values the patient experience. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

a month agoDr. Cronin and her team are fabulous. She is competent, confident, quick, and careful. Not only do I feel listened to, she goes the extra mile to ensure your comfort and safety while you're in her chair. She always says, "Remember you're in control; if you need me to stop for any reason, just raise your hand." She understands that the dentist can be an unpleasant place, and she takes care to make things as comfortable as possible for her clients. I cannot recommend her more!

I had been recommended Rittenhouse Smiles by multiple people, and when I called them, they were beyond accommodating and were able to squeeze me in the next day. a month agoThe best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. Absolutely no shaming even though I haven’t been to the dentist in over 5 years. They took great care of me and Dr. Mark was so kind, thorough and answered all of my questions. I was able to get my cleaning done and cavities filled all at once completely pain free. Would highly recommend!!
