I just returned to the dentist after an almost 4 year hiatus due to some significant dental anxiety. As a new patient at Rittenhouse Smiles, I never felt judged for the gap in my dental care. Dr. Boules took the time to explain what was going on with my teeth and what the care plan would be in terms I could understand. The office was very transparent regarding price, which I appreciated, and worked with me to break up the much very large task of catching up on my dental care into smaller appointments to make sure I was able to handle them. I just went back for the first of several appointments to get some cavities filled and again, I never felt judged and felt like I knew exactly what was going on. I appreciate that they took the time to start slow and make sure I had as good of an experience as possible. And I did — I was so happy and relieved at the end I cried! It feels dramatic but it’s been more than ten years since I visited a dentist without feeling genuine distress during a procedure, and I am just thrilled and relieved to have a dentist I can go to confidently and fairly calmly. I really feel like they aren’t just trying to get me through the appointment with minimal anxiety, but also trying to help me work through the dental anxiety as a whole. I feel so much better about my next appointment already and am so grateful to have found this office!!

Initially contacted them due to a molar breaking over the weekend. They responded the next day and scheduled me for that Monday. Everyone was very polite and caring. Dr. Boules was very thorough when examining my tooth and at explaining every detail. I ended up getting a crown and the process was super smooth and my tooth was fixed pretty quickly with no issues. I’m actually in the process of making Rittenhouse Smiles my primary dental practice.

Dr. Cronin and her team are fabulous. She is competent, confident, quick, and careful. Not only do I feel listened to, she goes the extra mile to ensure your comfort and safety while you're in her chair. She always says, "Remember you're in control; if you need me to stop for any reason, just raise your hand." She understands that the dentist can be an unpleasant place, and she takes care to make things as comfortable as possible for her clients. I cannot recommend her more!
