Extremely grateful for the experience I had today. I had the pleasure of having a cleaning done with Lisa, who made me comfortable and relaxed. Lisa did something that I haven’t experienced at any other practice, which was taking the time to share changes I could implement to ensure I’m effectively and efficiently making the most of my daily dental care routine. I really appreciated it. I also wanted to give a shout out to Maria, whose energy stood out. She was funny and friendly and that kind of presence makes a big difference to what can sometimes feel like a daunting visit to the dentist. And a quick thank you to Yanet for being patient and helpful in navigating my hectic schedule to ensure I was able to get my next visit scheduled and had all the details upfront. 5 stars for Lisa, Maria, and Yanet! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Biltmore Commons changed my life. I am so grateful for Dr. Sadowski and the entire staff for their support and kindness over the years I have been a patient. I just completed Invisalign with Dr. Sadowski and this is one of the best things I have done in my life. The collaboration, education, and trusting the process gave me a smile I never thought I would have. Working with a team so meticulous and caring made this an experience I will never forget. So grateful for this team.

I’m no fan of dentists, but this was genuinely great experience. Incredibly responsive, friendly (non-judgmental), and efficient. My only hesitation in giving a 5 star is selfish in that more people will book and then I’ll have less availability 😆 But alas, you should pick these guys!

I had a wonderful experience getting veneers with Dr. Sadowski. I decided to get veneers because my teeth were stained from medicine I took several years ago. He was incredibly kind and took the time to walk me through every step of the process, making sure I felt comfortable and that everything was completely pain-free. He really listened to what I wanted and made sure I got the results I was hoping for. I had forgotten how to smile showing my teeth, and now I’ve truly found my smile again. I’m so happy with the results and would highly recommend Dr. Sadowski and his team!

I really appreciate the dentist’s approach, which is why I’d like to stay with the practice. However, the X-ray portion of the visit was physically overwhelming. Because I have an exceptionally small mouth, the standard adult sensors caused significant pain and distress, which noticeably raised my heart rate, and blood pressure, which were elevated, per the Hygienist, before the exam even began. I did not mention my small mouth issue as I thought the Practice saw children, so would have equipment that would work. I’d love to know if there is a way to stick to the surround X-ray (panoramic) or use smaller sensors moving forward.
