He is honest and patient. He explained the procedure and what he will do to my teeth three times since English is my second language.great communication and care. 4 months agoI was referred to Biltmore Commons Dental Care by a friend of mine and am really glad that she did. Their staff is very welcoming and friendly from the minute you walk in. I met with one of their Jenn, one of their dental hygienists for a consultation and she came up with a plan for my dental care. She was very thorough and explained everything that she recommended. I also met with Dr. Perkins, one of the Dentists, and he explained to me their business model and how everything works. He was very professional and knowledgeable. 2 months agoAfter avoiding the dentist for years, I'm thrilled to have found Biltmore Commons Dental Care. Casey was incredible—she put me completely at ease with her kindness and warmth. She’s also very knowledgeable, which made the whole experience so much better. The entire staff was welcoming, and the office operates seamlessly. I highly recommend them!

3 months agoBiltmore Commons Dentists, dental assistants, and office staff are extremely professional. They go out of their way to make sure patients are comfortable and their needs are met. Dr. Perkins is my primary dentist. He is thorough,, compassionate and very gentle. He always explains options and I never feel rushed. I highly recommend this practice.
