Office manager Angela failed to inform us before both of our boys appointment(8am & 830am) if the doctor could take them both since we were 13 minutes late in which a voicemail was left. There has been multiple occasions where we were called back after 30 minutes of waiting. I informed her that if the doctor cannot take both, we will reschedule. The doctor and his assistant waited until they were done with the 830 appointment, which started at 819 and finished at 840, to notify us how they weren’t able to care for our other child.

I was having a rough day, and Terry the dental hygienist brighten my day. She was very thorough explaining what she was going to do next. Dr. Nelson was helpful too. Overall a great experience.

Carmen is definitely one of the most loved! She presents herself very well and brings such good joy of energy around her patients. She keeps a good conversation always going and does everything to make sure you understand the treatment you will be getting. She carefully takes her time with every patient she sees. Every visit with her has always been so welcoming and loving! ❤️

I’m very Happy, very Happy that I was recommended to come here. Christina at the service desk gave excellent service to me. She was very Patient, Polite and Very Helpful. She made me feel Important and she Listened to me. Also, ANNA, the Technician show Concerned for me as well. She too, was so Polite and Patient with me. Senior Citizens like myself Appreciate that most of all. So with that being said, I truly “Thank You” I DENTAL for your Service. I can hardly wait to get back my Smile! 😁

I'd definitely recommend iDental to anyone that's looking for exceptional dental care. The staff is always very friendly and professional. The waiting area is very comfortable.
