They are considerate enough to work around my schedule and call for sooner opening if the schedule allows. They are also great at answering insurance and financial questions, so that I feel prepared for my next appointment. Spending my entire career in the dental field, I chose Knoell Family Dentistry after seeing first hand, the excellent patient prep work they provided for fabricating crowns, implants and restorations for their patients. Due to technology, they now fabricate crowns right in their office so, what used to take 2 separate appointments is now just one! As a patient who experienced high anxiety starting when I was a child, I have found them to be gentle and understanding.
