I've been going to Dr. Elcano since I was a teenager. He always has a wonderful, caring team. He has always done a fantastic job with my teeth. Recently, I had to bring my 3 year old with for my visit & the hygienist, Rachel, was so kind and understanding. As a mom that doesn't always have a babysitter, I appreciate that so much. The compassion and understanding REALLY goes a long way. Thank you Rachel & Dr. Elcano's office! ❤️

Dr. Alcano at Racine Dental has been my dentist go to boo for multiple years. The entire staff from the receptionists as you walk into the beautiful building, all the way through the dental assistants, are welcoming and professional. They all make you comfortable from the moment you arrive until you leave. Dr. Alcano was recommended to me ages ago from a colleague, and I found my dentist immediately. He is a top notch doctor, gentle, super nice and has a great sense of humor - and he puts up with my mine. I actually look forward to my dental visits - not many can say that. The entire group is fantastic and well run. I can't recommend Racine Dental Group enough!!

Racine Dental is a great, modern facility and has been consistently providing me care for 25 years. While have there been recent changes in the dental team, one thing that has stayed consistent is Carrie’s outstanding care! She is thoughtful, warm, careful, and attentive. She makes the experience of going to the dentist something I actually look forward to. She transformed my and my family’s experience at the dentist. Carrie is the best!

I am extremely upset with my two crown replacements by dentist Nowman. One is clearly infected and I returned two months later only for the dentist to poke around and say he didn't see any blood or puss which was clearly visible. I asked for antibiotic NOT pain medication and the dentist refused and prescribed mouthwash. Also every time I floss or try getting whatever is stuck underneath the crown,,, (yes underneath since it feels too big and shifts in my mouth) cars speed by my condo and live close to the office. It's like there's a device in there they don't want me finding. They also kept calling me Lori when I returned to have it fixed emergently and they did nothing. Strangely I never received a paper quote and paid $500 with insurance. I received a receipt on a print out that looked like it's from a gas station. Definitely going elsewhere to get quality care. I wouldn't be surprised if they lost my records when I went to retrieve them. Shout out to Your Stupid Opinions. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't go to this dentist unless you want to be Duntsched!

I have seeing Sam for a few years since Maggie retired. Sam is awesome. Very gentile, using water and some other tool. No scrapping. She is very enjoyable to chat with. Sam is awesome. Please give her a thumbs up. Dave Lorentzen.
