At my 6-month teeth cleaning at Artisan Dentistry, Chole, my Dental Hygienist, noted a slight hole developed in the upper molar anchoring my old gold bridge. So, I was scheduled for another appointment with my dentist, Dr. Darcy Kasner; she remove my old gold bridge and then proceeded to inspect and repair my molars. It turns out there was some slight decay in one molar and a hairline crack in a second molar which she bonded with a special adhesive. In her initial consultation with me, Dr. Kasner had advocated for a zirconia bridge replacement. However, after the repairs to my molars, she instead recommended a gold alloy replacement bridge; she felt I would be better served with a gold bridge replacement. I agreed and so pictures and scans were taken for fabrication of a new gold bridge by Infusion Dental Arts in El Dorado Hills, CA. While waiting for my new gold bridge, I was fitted with a temporary bridge. After a few weeks my replacement gold bridge was delivered and it was beautiful jewelry!! I literally had a new "bling" to my smile! Dr. Kasner and her support staff did a great job in my molar repairs and in the fitment of my new gold bridge. So, a Big Thank You to Dr. Kasner and her staff.

By far the best experience I've ever had at a dentist. The staff was extraordinary with amazing customer service and the Doctor was beyond incredible. She thoroughly explained and educated me from the beginning to the end. I have finally found my forever dentist. I have even referred three co-workers.

Who knew going to the Dentist could be this enjoyable! Artisan Dentistry has a nice clean office and a super friendly staff! Everyone is so kind and helpful. I had an excellent experience with Artisan Dentistry. Everyone was friendly and very professional. I had been told by a previous dentist that I needed a crown along with other procedures. After a full exam and X-rays Dr. Kasner was confident a filling was the appropriate course of action. No upselling of any kind. Even though this office is out of network for my insurance, they submitted the bill to my insurance and I received a reimbursement check within a week. Despite the fact that my insurance covers a little bit less of my bill, I expect to pay way less overall simply by not paying for procedures I don’t actually need. It was so refreshing. If you are looking for a great dentist without all the typical upselling I highly recommend Artisan Dentistry.
