I just had my first cleaning with Dr. Sheila Harris, and she was wonderful! The office was very clean and minimalistic. Each staff member acknowledged my presence and was very respectful. This was also the most time any dentist has spent with me at an appointment! She focused on my oral health and did not focus on cosmetics, which was my preference. This was so refreshing because I have been to offices where they recommend cosmetic procedures every visit, even after declining… every visit. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic!

The office staff, reminder emails, and texts all ask for you to be there 15 min before appointment time but never do they call you back at your appointment time. Waited 45 min for a 9am appointment. Front desk/Benefits does not seem to understand insurance coverage or how to write a note to excuse the visit for school. I was over charged last year and they never refunded my money or let me know. In fact when the Account Manager came out said “it’s company policy to keep the money on the account as a credit’ I asked why wasn’t I informed she replied that it wasn’t “company policy” After that I asked for my refund. However she said “company policy required them to run an audit” Feels like they are retaliating and holding onto money that I was over charged for last year. They want payment upfront but don’t refund you when the company over charges you!! Feels corrupt and shady. Buyer beware. They will screw you over, smile while they are doing it and quote “company policy” The dental cleaning service was okay but I’ve had better cleanings. Definitely not worth it I won’t be back.

I visited here as a first time patient and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality care. They give you a welcome bag and only offer the best of care. The location and atmosphere has a luxury feel. There are donation programs to give back to the community and raffle prizes as well. Will be recommending and returning!

The best care team and treatment ever! Everyone is considerate, attentive and professional. Plus the most modern/up-to-date facility! I would not go to any other place for dental care. Also, they offer sedative appointments, which for some patients is absolutely a big deal.

I called for a crown that had cracked unexpectedly, and when I called they had me come in right away and put on a temporary and my new one will be ready in 2 weeks. The dentist Dr. Lesher was very knowledgeable and thorough and took his time during the appointment, making sure all my questions were answered and his staff were also very nice. So grateful for them helping me!
