4 months agoAmazing Dental Experience! I had such a great experience at this dental clinic! They were right on time, super thoughtful, and you can really tell that everyone there enjoys what they do. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the whole team—from the hygienist to the doctor—was kind, professional, and truly cared about my comfort. They took excellent care of my teeth without causing any pain or doing anything I didn’t approve. I really appreciated how they listened to my needs and even considered my budget while planning my care. It’s hard to find that kind of honesty and professionalism these days. I’m already recommending them to my friends and family. I’m so glad I found them!

in the last weekI have been happy with this office for the last few years. Disclaimer: My visits were all preventative, until one of the last visits I had for a discomfort in my last tooth (upper left). It had a large fillings done in 2006. Yes, it lasted 20 years. The doctor said, the X-ray doesn't show anything, but the filling is too large and I "suspect" there are issues beneath the filling. I asked: Can you open and refill? He said: It should not have been filled like this. It should have had a crawn to protect it and that is why it didn't last (he didn't know it lasted for 20 years). I was presented with the option of filling it and putting a crown. Yes $$$$$. I told him, I don't want to spend $$$$ if it doesn't last long. Just take it out. He said, he will open it and let me know. Of course, he removed the old fillings, conducted a root canal (endodontic therapy) and ordered a crown. Guess what? The pain didn't go away. I returned to the office a month later and talked to the reception about the pain, they went back and came back with an advice: It will take time for the pain to fully go away. I went back "eight" months later. Still same pain. The doctor (same one) came and took some X-Ray. The result: 1- The job was done perfectly (wow, thank you for complimenting yourself) 2- There is no issue with the tooth. Everything looks great and I don't see any issues. 3- But there might have been cracks in your tooth and that is why the pain didn't go away. 4- Your options are: a- Waiting for a few more months, the pain may go away b- See an specialist to confirm that the tooth is or isn't cracked (Me: this should have been done before charging me $$$$ for root canal and crown) c- Take the tooth out (Wow. Thank you. Paying you $$ to extract the tooth and crown that I paid $$$$ per your advice) All I want to say: Be careful and don't fall for $$$$ advice. They are there for $$$$ and not your wellbeing

a month agoRyan, my hygienist, is the best! I’ve been having my teeth cleaned for more than 50 years now and there has never been a better one. He is gentle, thorough and very helpful. What is very special is that he has a great sense of humor so that makes the visit enjoyable. All of the support staff are extremely kind and professional. It’s a a great place for my dental care.

3 months agoThe last time I had such a positive experience at a dental office was when I was a child, and this visit truly brought that feeling back. Every staff member was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The doctor was very knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease with my treatment plan. My teeth have never felt so clean and polished! The front office team was warm and professional, and I believe my dental assistant/hygienist was Karina she was patient, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail of my care. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone in the Sacramento area!

2 months agoDr. Patel is amazing! I’ll admit I could be a handful with how particular I am when it comes to my teeth aesthetics. I always took pride in having a nice smile, but over the years, I started developing a small gap which hated. Dr. Patel assured I was happy and satisfied bonding my teeth to get rid of it. She and her assistants were so patient with me as I kept asking her to readjust and perfect the look of it to my liking. It now looks amazing with perfect shape and color match that looks so natural. Thank you so much Dr. Patel and staff!
