The office staff, reminder emails, and texts all ask for you to be there 15 min before appointment time but never do they call you back at your appointment time. Waited 45 min for a 9am appointment. Front desk/Benefits does not seem to understand insurance coverage or how to write a note to excuse the visit for school. I was over charged last year and they never refunded my money or let me know. In fact when the Account Manager came out said “it’s company policy to keep the money on the account as a credit’ I asked why wasn’t I informed she replied that it wasn’t “company policy” After that I asked for my refund. However she said “company policy required them to run an audit” Feels like they are retaliating and holding onto money that I was over charged for last year. They want payment upfront but don’t refund you when the company over charges you!! Feels corrupt and shady. Buyer beware. They will screw you over, smile while they are doing it and quote “company policy” The dental cleaning service was okay but I’ve had better cleanings. Definitely not worth it I won’t be back.

Pretty much I always had a good experience there. Well, there was one incident a staff member called to ask if I am able to change my appointment time. I had did not have a problem with it. No big deal. But, when I arrived at the new time slot. I was not in there system for that specific time. On their end it was showing at a later time. It’s cool, it happens. Everything else is pretty much close to flawless. Who would have ever knew going to a dental facility would be so enjoyable. For a wonderful dental experience definitely give them a visit. Use me as a referral 😉.

The cleanliness of the clinic is truly impressive and creates a welcoming environment for both children and parents. Additionally, the staff is exceptionally courteous and kind, making each visit a positive experience. Thank you for your commitment to providing excellent care and a friendly atmosphere! I transferred my daughter here as her first Children’s Dental Clinic doesn’t seem so nice w their patients and not so clean.

I highly recommend this orthodontist for their exceptional service and luxurious environment. The staff are thoughtful, attentive, and accommodating, addressing all concerns with care. The modern and elegant interior design adds to the positive experience. I appreciate their consideration of my needle phobia and alternative solutions offered. Despite the 2-hour commute, I will definitely return for future appointments.

I love Natomas Crossing Dental Care. The customer service is excellent and the staff is always so nice and welcoming. Dr. Harris has truly been an exceptional dentist. Every experience with her has been excellent. I've seen her for multiple procedures and each one was handled with great care and professionalism.
