I had a great experience at Natomas Crossing Dental with Dr. Harris and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. I went in for primary dental cleanings, and everything was explained clearly and done very thoroughly. Dr. Harris took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood my dental health. I was also impressed by their knowledge and care regarding dental implants. Dr. Harris explained the implant process in a way that was easy to understand and made me feel confident about my treatment options. The office is clean, modern, and well organized. Amazing Dental Experience! I had such a great experience at this dental clinic! They were right on time, super thoughtful, and you can really tell that everyone there enjoys what they do. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the whole team—from the hygienist to the doctor—was kind, professional, and truly cared about my comfort. They took excellent care of my teeth without causing any pain or doing anything I didn’t approve. I really appreciated how they listened to my needs and even considered my budget while planning my care. It’s hard to find that kind of honesty and professionalism these days. I’m already recommending them to my friends and family. I’m so glad I found them!

Upon check in, I was warmly greeted and given a tour of the lobby including where the restrooms were located + a refrigerator with water bottles for patients. The check in process was smooth and efficient. Once I was called back, I was greeted by Cherish, who gave me a full back office tour and shared some history about the private practice. This was such a unique and thoughtful touch and something I have never experienced at a dental office before. I was handed a welcome gift that included a handwritten note, a tumbler, and a toothbrush kit, which I found incredibly sweet and personal. Once in the room, Cherish stayed by my side the entire time to make sure I was comfortable and to ensure all of my questions were answered. They offer so many comfort options including a blanket, a pillow, music, a movie or water which truly elevates the experience. Before any treatment was started, I met with Shoua to review my benefits and out of pocket costs. She was incredible. She was personable, helpful, knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. We ended up having a great conversation about so many different things and it genuinely felt like chatting with a friend. I later learned she is the office manager, which makes perfect sense because the entire office runs so efficiently!! I then worked with Dr. Zapanta, who was exceptional and extremely knowledgeable. He answered every question I had, addressed all of my dental needs, and consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be scheduling future visits with him. The checkout process was incredible as well. I worked with Melissa, who clearly knew her stuff. She was very personable and welcoming + had such a warm energy that made the end of the visit just as pleasant as the beginning. I am beyond happy with my visit and absolutely recommend Natomas Crossing Dental!

Ryan, my hygienist, is the best! I’ve been having my teeth cleaned for more than 50 years now and there has never been a better one. He is gentle, thorough and very helpful. What is very special is that he has a great sense of humor so that makes the visit enjoyable. All of the support staff are extremely kind and professional. It’s a a great place for my dental care.

Went in with a terrible toothache and was able to be seen and helped in a timely fashion. Very nice office and all of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I’ve definitely found my new dentist and highly recommend checking them out!! Thank you Dr. Patel!
