This review is long overdue. The front staff is so friendly, and you feel welcomed right when you walk in. My appointment was thorough and efficient. I needed to be out promptly, and they delivered. They took x-rays, did my cleaning, and even helped me with my retainers from a previous place! I felt very comfortable here and would recommend!

I saw Dr. Sam. I went for a routine cleaning. Her dental hygienist was excellent. They explained everything they were doing every step of the way. They gave advice how I could better care for my teeth as well. I was completely satisfied with the care I received. The reason for the two star review is the billing practice. Be aware that no matter what dentist you see, your visit will be charged to Dr. Patel the owner. Dr. Patel is a Delta Premier dentist. This means that you will be charged Premier rates regardless of your coverage. This was not discussed with me prior to the appointment. Everything should transparent and it isn't.

I have had a lot of work done at Stonebrook Dental in the past year- cleanings, a bridge and even an implant. I was very anxious about the work that was needed, but throughout every step of the process, all of the hygienists and dentists have been amazing!! I was recommended this dental office by a friend and have continued to go to it since. The pro's of this office are the nice staff, no wait time, not overbooked, and fantastic communication. At other places, you may end up waiting a very long while the dentist is tending to another patient, not here. They have their timing down where the wait between patients during procedures is very short. The dental assistants and staff are fantastic. They're are pleasant and seem to enjoy working there. They'll call or text to remind you of appointments, bills, etc. Aesthetically, the office looks like a modern office, complete with TVs at every station, music, water, coffee, etc. They also have raffles for prizes such as an e-bike. I'm now in my 40s, so I've been to a lot of dentists and offices. This is probably the best one so far.
